Sunny, spacious 3 bedroom flat (112m² - sleeps 6) with community swimming pool and fibre broadband (600Mb). Views of the sea and hills. Ideal for both a relaxing or a lively summer holiday as it is in a quiet residential area at only 15 minutes’ walking distance from the beach and town centre. There is a parking space in the garage of the building.

This brand new, spacious flat is situated on the first floor of a three storey block of flats. It has a private balcony, a parking space in the building, a lift and community swimming pool surrounded by a lawn for sunbathing.

3 bedrooms: 1 double room with double bed, en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes
1 double room with double bed and fitted wardrobes
1 single room with trundle bed, chest of drawers and clothes rail

1 living room and dining area: Equipped with TV(42”, Amazon Prime & Netflix), chaise-longue, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs. There are French windows that open out onto a spacious balcony (8m²) with a table and 6 chairs for eating outside.

2 bathrooms: 1 en-suite with bath/shower, bidet, washbasin & toilet

Good quality apartment

The apartment is as described in the online information: Modern, good quality, three bedroom/two bathrooms, kitchen with washer, dishwasher, coffee machine and adequate kitchen utensils. Good AC, WiFi, good beds (2 160 cm beds pluss trundle bed), quiet at night. Balcony with room for six persons, well kept swimming pool shared with another apartment house, one place in locked parking garage. Residential area with supermarkets in 5 minutes walking distance. The distance to the beach is 5 minutes by car, and a car is needed to get to the sea if you travel with children during the hot summer months. Several very good beaches within short driving distance.

Résidence calme sur les hauteurs de la ville. A 15-20 minutes à pied du front de mer et à 5 minutes de deux supermarchés. Idéalement placé pour visiter la Costa brava.Appartement spacieux, propre et bien équipé. La piscine est plutôt grande et peu fréquentée.Le balcon donne sur la rue (peu passante) mais la vue est très jolie sur la végétation.La propriétaire est très sympathique. L'échange est facile par WhatsApp. Elle parle anglais et un peu français.Je recommande vivement cette location.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt und in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand – das gilt ebenso für den Pool und die angrenzende Liegewiese. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Betten könnten etwas größer sein. Aber auch das hat letztlich gut funktioniert.Kim ist eine großartige und herzliche Gastgeberin. Als es zu Beginn ein kleines Problem mit dem engen Tiefgaragenplatz gab, hat sie sofort und ganz unkompliziert eine Lösung gefunden – ohne dass wir überhaupt danach fragen mussten.Wir können den Aufenthalt uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Appartement situé dans un endroit calme à 20 minutes du centre-ville à pieds

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Sant Feliu. C'est un village très sympa avec une jolie plage non bondée. Beaucoup de sites à visiter aux alentours et proche de Barcelone. La piscine de l'appartement est très bien. Il y a tout un côté où on a pieds. Les magasins sont à 1/4 d'heure à pieds pour les courses

Appartement ultra propre, spacieux et très bien équipé. Proprio amicale et serieuse. Piscine pas trop fréquentée donc top. La terrasse est un peu trop entourée de voisins, obligeant à ne vraiment pas faire trop de bruit dessus. Seule déception: le village de st feliu qui n’est ni tres interressant ni tres joli. Les criques aux alentours sont magnifiques par contre.

Family fun

Kim was so lovely, she was efficient, friendly and very helpful. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for our family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids - 8, 11 & 15). It was spotless on arrival and very easy to keep nice and clean and tidy. Very secure and close enough to the beach and town that we didn’t have to drive. The pool area was gorgeous. Yes it is a communal pool it was never too busy. We will definitely be back😊. Thank you Kim!

El apartamento está muy bien cuidado y súper limpio, tiene de todo... súper cómodo!. La propietaria es muy amable y simpática. Esta zona de la Costa Brava para nosotros es la más bonita, playas de arena, pequeñas calas... hemos recargado pilas para todo el año, repetiremos.

Ondanks ruim en licht appartement tegenvallende accommodatie.

De vakantiewoning is weliswaar ruim en licht ingericht met een fijne airco maar er waren te veel minpunten. Zo zijn er op de 2-persoons bedden binnenveringsmatrassen met een plank als ondergrond. Dat betekent erg hard slapen en je voelt de spiralen in je rug. Verder verschillende andere dingen die tegenvielen bijv. geen ruimte voor je toiletspullen in de kleinere badkamer, geen haken oid om je handdoeken op te hangen, geen bedlampjes, te weinig serviesgoed, etc. De eigenaressen (Engelse) is vriendelijk maar lijkt bezorgder om haar spullen dan om het woonplezier van haar gasten. Vanaf het appartement is het een kwartiertje lopen naar het leuke en gezellige centrum waar vooral veel Spaanse toeristen komen. De foto toont het uitzicht bij het zwembad. Het appartement ligt hiertegenover en heeft het balkon aan de straatzijde. Het staat in een nieuwbouwwijk met een stuk of 14 appartementenblokken.
