About this property

T2 apartment in Calvi

The residence is quiet and close to all amenities, everything is within walking distance
 (shops, beaches, excursions ...)

Our apartment renovated in February 2018 has a beautiful living room {living / dining room} equipped with a sofa bed (140/190) and a closet, opening onto a small terrace (table + chairs) with sea view -Mountain. It also includes a large bedroom with a double bed (160/190), and a large closet (storage + wardrobe), an umbrella for cradle is available on request. The bedroom is decorated with a large picture window that also offers mountain views.

A kitchen (washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, Nesspresso, toaster, fridge), and a bathroom with WC is at your disposal (redone in February 2018). )

Main equipment: TV, iron, ceiling fan and one on foot, vacuum cleaner.

Possibility to rent linens (sheets, towels): 25 € / 2 people.

The apartment has a parking space.

No pets allowed

The apartment is quite close to Calvi beach and town center so it is very easy to move around the city without having to use a car. Nevertheless, we didn’t appreciate the comunication with the host: she was not clear on some rules and we found her attitude quite rude. Such a pity.

Séjour gâché par des odeurs de canalisation

Appartement très bien placé entre plage et centre ville; appartement très bien agencé, optimisé, et avec petite vue sur mer. Des odeurs nauséabondes (dus à des problèmes de canalisation) dans les pièces d’eau ont hélas gâché notre séjour. Ce problème a été remonté à la concierge qui a fait venir qqn, mais les odeurs ont persisté. Aucun geste commercial de la part de la propriétaire qui considère que c’est indépendant de sa volonté alors que le syndic était au courant de ce problème.

Appartement situé dans une zone assez bruyante tôt le matin, ennuyant si l’on ouvre les fenêtres la nuit ( pas encore de Clim ). Sinon proche de la plage, du port et du centre ville.
