Beautiful and large apartment T3 of 67 m2 on the 2nd floor of a new residence in Font Romeu.
In a small group of 15 apartments.
The apartment is new and well insulated.

Quiet while being close to the town center, the cable cars ... (7 minute walk)

Font-Romeu is the ideal town for a vacation in the mountains, cerdagne. Many shops, restaurants, casino, bowling, cinema ... Ski slopes, hiking trails ....

Parfait !!! L'appartement est très grand et bien situé. Il est plus que bien équipé et nous avons passé une semaine agréable avec nos 2 enfants. Échanges faciles et cordiaux avec les propriétaires. Nous recommandons cette location et espérons y retourner lors de nos prochaines vacances !!

location idéalement située : calme, parking confortable, meublée avec gout, spacieuse pour 4, cuisine très ergonomique, Lits très confortables, salle de bain très bien avec étagère de rangement et lave linge, très pratique en résumé, séjour agrémenté par le confort de cette location, juste 2 points un peu en retrait : le balcon trop petit pour s y poser a 4 en fin d après midi après la rando de la journée...... la lumière du salon séjour très fortement réduite , dommage, à cause de l'immeuble juste en face de la fenêtre mais, sinon, tout est parfait

nous sommes très satisfaits de la location, propre, meublée avec gout, très facile à entretenir, espace idéal pour 4 adultes juste 2 points un peu plus négatifs, balcon peu exploitable pour s y poser a 4 pièce peu lumineuse du fait de l 'immeuble très proche et juste face à la fenêtre du salon séjour, dommage! mais ,comme il fait très beau à Font Romeu, climat idéal, ,nous profitons de la belle région a découvrir, alors, tant pis pour le balcon et le peu de lumière, p Achard

La description de la location et sa situation sont conforme à l'annonce. Celle--ci est très propre, et spacieuse, contenant tout le nécessaire et même davantage pour passer un agréable séjour ! Jusqu'à une superbe télévision....La propriétaire est très aimable et arrangeante, répondant à toutes vos questions et facilitant au maximum votre séjour. Je recommanderai sans problème cette location à des amis même si les espaces communs de cet immeuble mériteraient un peu plus d'entretien. Font- Romeu est une station sympathique, et l'appartement est situé à proximité du centre où l'on trouve tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un très bon séjour. Nous sommes contents de notre choix.

appt conforme aux photos lumineux spacieux et tres bien equipe....literie de tres bonne qualite et neuve tt pour se reposer ss compter le calme du quartier pourtant proche du centre 10m a pied...... et la tres bonne isolation de l appt aucun bruit de voisinage entendu depuis que ns venons a font romeu cela fait plus de 10 ans c la premiere fois que ns louons 1 appt aussi bien isole quel plaisir!!!!!!!!!bref a recommander.......

tres bien

nous avons passe une semaine dans l'appartement. il est spacieux et bien meuble (canape bureau placard..). a 15 minutes a pied du centre ville (avec un bebe). le seul repproche est l'exposition mais cela n'est pas genant si on profite de la meteo clemente de font romeu. plusieus geo cache a proximite. proprietaire sympa, on a oublie la poupee de notre fille qui nous a ete renvoye la semaine suivante
