In the shade of a hundred-year-old linden tree, very quiet, this house is ideal for holidays with friends or family.
A few kilometers from the main castles of the Loire: 1.5 km from Chenonceau, 19 km from Amboise, 27 km from Chaumont-sur-Loire, 42 km from Blois… Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Langeay, Loches, etc. , are also very close.
Also ideal for visiting the Beauval Zoo, the large aquarium, canoeing on the Cher, hot air ballooning, bargain hunting, exploring the region's cellars and tasting.
2 of the bedrooms overlook the garden, including 1 independent of the house with a shower accessible to people with reduced mobility.
For those who like to cook, you will find all the necessary equipment.
