The house has a very beautiful view of the Bourget lake and the chatillon castle, just opposite. It includes on the ground floor a large living room with open kitchen, as well as the master suite (bedroom with lake view + bathroom). Upstairs are 2 adult bedrooms with their bathrooms, 2 children's bedrooms and a bathroom. Large outdoor terrace with table, chairs (10 people) and barbecue.

Separated from the house by a road, large meadow by the lake with boat slip.

100 meters away, tennis court, marina and supervised beach with rental of pedalos and boats without a license.

Bon séjour

Logement agréable et bien équipé (ventilateurs qui par temps chauds n'étaient pas superflus), un peu vieillot, mais pas sans charme. La vue sur le lac est magnifique et la proximité de la plage a été un atout par temps chaud. Petit regret pour le bruit de la route et du parking à bateaux animé tÎt le matin.

Haus an super Lage

Wir (2 Familien) haben uns fĂŒr dieses Haus wegen der NĂ€he zum See entschieden und haben erst wĂ€hrend dem Aufenthalt realisiert, dass wir in einer wunderschönen Gegend gelandet sind (der nahe gelegene Kanal muss unbedingt mit dem Boot oder einem Kanu / SUP erkundet werden!) Das Haus ist sehr gerĂ€umig, funktional, gut ausgestattet, ein bisschen ĂŒberstellt. Bei hohen Temperaturen staut sich insbesondere im oberen Stock eine starke Hitze an. Toll, dass in jedem Zimmer ein Ventilator zur VerfĂŒgung steht. Die grosse Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen. Der private Rasen mit Seeanstoss ist riesig und bestens geeignet zum spielen oder um mit Booten den See und den Kanal zu erkunden. Zum Baden ist der private Strand jedoch weniger geeignet, da der See in diesem Abschnitt eine hohe BiodiversitĂ€t aufweist und von zahlreichen Amphibien und Wasservögel bewohnt ist (der Seeboden ist daher sehr sumpfig, das Wasser und Ufer durch SchwĂ€ne und anderen Tiere verkotet). DafĂŒr liegt das schöne und saubere Strandbad in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Maison de famille Ă©quipĂ©e de tout le nĂ©cessaire afin de profiter avec petits enfants , parents et grands parents. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la proximitĂ© de la plage ainsi que le vaste prĂ© arborĂ© donnant sur le lac et permettant la mise Ă  l’eau de notre canoĂ« et du paddle.

Maison spacieuse avec tout confort, face au lac, deux terrasses pour profiter de la vue inĂ©galable en extĂ©rieur selon la mĂ©tĂ©o; Ă  100 mĂštres du petit port et 200 m de la plage de galets en pente trĂšs douce et surveillĂ©e; activitĂ©s nautiques Ă  proximitĂ© bien sĂ»r, et mĂȘme du vol en parapente pour une vue sur le lac, et le Mt Blanc ! PrivilĂšge d'un ponton privĂ© au milieu des joncs pour balade en canoĂ© et jardin devant la maison pour jeux ou yoga ! RandonnĂ©e vers Hautecombe Ă  5 kms. Petit bĂ©mol pour la propretĂ©, la route un peu bruyante et le ravitaillement en voiture obligatoirement Ă  Chanaz ou Culoz. Lieu adoptĂ© Ă  l'unanimitĂ© par toute la famille pour sa situation et ses nombreux avantages !

Cette maison est idéale pour un séjour en famille, village absolument calme, vue époustouflante sur le lac, maison trÚs chaleureuse, de la place pour que chacun se sente à l'aise, et tout ce qu'il faut a niveau équipement.

Une vraie maison de famille !

Un super accueil par Marc le propriĂ©taire, un tour de la maison rapide et complet. Maison ancienne qui se fond dans la nature, spacieuse, parfaite pour cuisiner (un barbecue et une plancha Ă  disposition), nombreuses salle de bain, on ne se gĂȘne donc pas ! Escalier en colimaçon pour monter Ă  l'Ă©tage. Pour accĂ©der au bord du lac (parcelle privĂ©e) il faut traverser la route, l'endroit est idĂ©al pour partir en paddle, on est au milieu des roseaux, mais si vous souhaiter vous baigner, prĂ©fĂ©rerez la page Ă  100m, sauf si la vase ne vous fait pas peur ! 😊 En rĂ©sumĂ©: nous reviendrons !

Vacances familiales idéales

Le lieu est conforme en tous points au descriptif de l'annonce. L'emplacement de reve trĂšs proche du lac est magique, la trĂšs grande terrasse a Ă©tĂ© notre lieu de vie principal, le petit port privĂ© oĂč nous avons amarrĂ© un bateau de location est venu parfaire le tout ! Accueil des propriĂ©taires attentionnĂ©, Ă©quipement idĂ©al pour famille nombreuse, la maison a beaucoup de charme et le confort suffisant pour passer un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour. D’autant plus face au magnifique lac du Bourget et dans une superbe rĂ©gion. just beautiful and great

- high expectations were exceeded - very nice and fully equipped house - nice property - grandiose terrace with a unique view - very nice and helpful landlord We were in August / September 2018 for 3 weeks in Conjux. We had our own motorboat with us, which we could perfectly accommodate at the mooring belonging to the house. The belonging to the house garden plot is very large and was fully available.
