house completely renovated in an old cellar facing the vineyards, 15 minutes from the Beauval zoo including:
- on the ground floor: 1 fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave), 1 linen room (washing machine), 1 WC, 1 living room (convertible sofa) and dining room with TV
- upstairs: 1 large bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 bedroom with pull-out beds (2x80), 1 bathroom with shower and WC.
1 terrace of + 40 m2 with garden furniture and relax.
Hangar available for carport.
BBQ.
Bed linen, towels are provided from 3 consecutive nights.
Maintenance products available.
Private courtyard and access road. Not overlooked.
A deposit by check will be requested on your arrival and returned on the day of your departure if no damage occurs.

En quelques mots qui valent plus qu'un grand discours c'était parfait ! Accueil et suivi téléphonique réactif, logement très propre, fonctionnel et très bien situé pour aller à Beauval, mais aussi visiter les châteaux de la Loire. Pour un voyage en couple et/ou avec un enfant c'est parfait.Sans hésitation notre point de départ pour notre prochain voyage dans le secteur avec un rapport qualité/prix très bon.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte est très agréable, rien ne manque. Face aux vignes, nous avons pu observer des petits chevreuils jouer. La localisation est appropriée pour la visite des châteaux de la Loire et du zooparc de Beauval. La propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible. Location à recommander

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte avec notre bébé d'un an ! La maison est équipée de tout ce que l'on peut avoir besoin au quotidien (vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, machine à laver, chaise haute...) et idéalement située à la fois au calme et proche du zoo de Beauval. Un soir, nous avons même eu la chance d'apercevoir une biche traverser le terrain !

c'est un gite trés agréable ; calme sans vis à vis tés bien consu , il y a du volume donc on ne se sent pas serré quand on est plusieurs , la literie est de qualité c'est propre .Je recommande ce gite
