An excellent vacation stay!

Monique and this property are top notch! We absolutely loved our stay in Saint Nic. Monique is the ultimate hostess, and the accommodations were beyond our expectations. The home has been modernized and has all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again!The WiFi was great, the kitchen is fully loaded with everything you’d need, there’s a shower in the basement to remove beach sand, and the kids attic is great!

A wonderful few days in this cosy beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and ambience of this well planned & decorated home. We had a wonderful stay. Monique was incredibly responsive and kind so everything was easy to organise! The house is brilliant for a family. We stayed with our one year old and everything was there that we needed! Such a lovely space to spend time in - we enjoyed the terrace and the garden especially. Fantastic value for money and super close to the beach. Perfect! Thanks to Monique for her amazing hospitality.

A beautiful house

A beautiful house with everything you can imagine being catered for. Great location for beach and a fabulous balcony. Host is a special lady who is warm and welcoming. We had a lovey vacation and enjoyed both the house and location immensely

Christmas break

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful time exploring the Crozon Presqu'ile. Monique met us at the property and was extremely welcoming. She gave us really useful information about the area and places to visit and not to be missed. The property was very comfortable and very well equipped - beautifully renovated by Rene. Although it was just my husband and I, the house is ideal for a family (all equipped for a baby too) and the location is within less than 5 minutes walk from a gorgeous huge sandy beach. We would definitely stay there again.

La maison est très bien placée, équipée et entretenue. Dommage que la météo soit pluvieuse, mais nous avons bien profité de notre petit séjour en explorant les environs. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist wie versprochen sehr nah am Strand und der Blick von der Unterkunft ist phänomenal. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet und ein großes Plus ist der Kamin. Von der Ausstattung her ist alles vorhanden und es gab nichts auszusetzen. Einzig das 2. Bad im Souterrain war für uns nicht wirklich nutzbar weil es zum einen keinen direkten Zugang zum Rest der Wohnung gab und zum anderen sucht man dort den Warmwasseranschluss vergebens. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war wieder ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Das Haus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der schöne Strand liegt sehr nah. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und man fühlt sich willkommen. Besser kann ein Urlaub nicht sein.

Wir haben drei Wochen in diesem schön sanierten bretonischen Ferienhaus verbracht und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!Wir haben nichts vermisst und trotz der engen Bebauung in dieser Siedlung waren sowohl die Tage als auch die Nächte ruhig und angenehm.Im Ferienhaus gibt es reichlich Infomaterial über Veranstaltungen, Wandertouren, Sehenswürdigkeiten u. ä., aber i. d. R. auf Französisch. Wenn man der französischen Sprache also nicht wirklich mächtig ist (so wie wir), empfiehlt es sich, einen deutschsprachigen Reise- und/oder Wanderführer dabei zu haben, damit man die Gegend wirklich kennenlernen kann, denn das lohnt sich.Ganz besonders danken wir Monique für Ihren herzlichen Empfang und die Verabschiedung, es war uns ein Vergnügen!

Einfach nur toll! Monique war sehr herzlich und hat uns empfangen wie Freunde. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Lage ist super. Diese Ferienwohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt und Basics wie Kaffee, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, Gewürze etc. sind auch vorhanden. Mit Monique hatten wir die Zeit für den Check-in vereinbart und sie hat uns dann empfangen und uns alles gezeigt. Ich habe noch nie eine so herzliche Gastgeberin gesehen, sie war wirklich super lieb und hat uns auch ein kleines, leckeres Willkommensgeschenk hingestellt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! :)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit jeder erdenklichen Ausstattung. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Deko-Elementen. Sauberkeit ist top. Schlafzimmer jeweils sehr schön, gute betten mit guter Matratze.Küche hatte alle denkbaren Ausrüstungen, einschließlich Messerschleifer.Im Untergeschoss extra Raum mit Dusche nach dem Strandbesuch, Gasgrill(haben wir nicht benutzt) vorhanden jeweils mit Geschirr etc.Total nettes Kinderbett für Kleinkinder mit Wickeltisch vorhanden.Monique hat uns zum Start Brot, Getränke und Schokolade mitgebracht.Total einfache und nette Kommunikation.Lage zum Strand ist top, etwa 15o Meter zu Fuß zum breiten Sandstrand. Für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten braucht man einen PKW

Traumhaftes Objekt mitcalkem was man sich wünscht

Die Gastgeberin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und bei der An, - und Abreise beschenkt . Sehr unkompliziert, da auch noch Freunde zu Besuch kamen. Tolle Lage nahe am Meer und vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung einmalig (Bett, Frottierwäsche, Kücheneinrichtung, Ksffeekapseln, Infomaterial). Wi Fi nicht immer belastbar. Insgesamt top!!

Un excellent séjour et l'envie de revenir !

Nous avions choisi la maison de Monique et René pour nous retrouver entre amis, quelle bonne idée ! Cette jolie maison est très accueillante et tout y est pensé par les propriétaires pour que l'on s'y sente vraiment bien. La situation de la maison est parfaite pour découvrir de beaux sites de la région et quel luxe de voir la mer au réveil ! Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Ein kleines, aber sehr gemütliches Haus. Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe dekoriert, dass es Stunden brauchen würde sich alles anzusehen. Bei der Ausstattung ist an alles gedacht und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Entfernung zum Meer ca. 100m, der Blick aus den Fenstern zum Meer ist sehr prima. Die Gastgeberin, Monique, ist eine zuverlässige und sehr liebe Vermieterin. Vielen Dank Monique für alles. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen
