Good parking

We had good parking at the facility. The location was a bit difficult with the overcrowded streets and small passageways. The facility is a bit outdated, but it served our purpose for an overnight stay. The property manager was very responsive to all of our questions and needs. It was difficult to get any Internet, even though it was mentioned that it would be available.

Ho preferito esprimere personalmente la mia opinione al Signor Francesco sulla mia permanenza nella struttura per 2 settimane.La disponibilità,in qualsiasi orario e per qualunque esigenza e la gentilezza del Signor Francesco sono da apprezzare.Per quanto riguarda la struttura ,lascia un pò a desiderare,in particolar modo il bagno.Mentre la posizione della struttura, l'ho trovata perfetta per diversi motivi tra cui la tranquillità e la lontananza dal traffico cittadino palermitano.

Als erstes muss ich sagen ,das der Vermieter hilfsbereit war und uns zweimal beim Transfer geholfen hat .Bezüglich der angemieteten Wohnung, es war ein richtiges Desaster. Die Sauberkeit war Wünschenswert ,das Geschirr hat teilweise gefehlt. Die Töpfe und Bratpfanne waren ohne Deckel und mit heftigen Abnutzungs Spuren. Der WC Deckel war kaputt und es hat eine Woche gedauert bis der wieder gerichtet wurde. Die Handtücher waren Alt und abgenutzt. Im Schlafzimmer konnte man nicht schlafen wegen dem Gestank vom im Innenhof lebenden Hund und gelagerten Baumaterialien .Der Vermieter verlangte 100€ pro Woche für die Klimaanlage, obwohl im Inserat keine Zusatzkosten aufgelistet waren. Im ganzen mussten wir alle im Wohnzimmer schlafen. Wie gesagt schlafen war wegen der Hitze kaum möglich. Der Filter der Waschmaschine war auch nicht gereinigt was dazu geführt hat das alle Klamotten voll mit Fusseln waren. Das positive, der Parkplatz war im Innenhof und mit einem Tor am Eingang gesichert. Die Terrasse und der Pool waren auch sehr angenehm.

Caro Valeri ,mi dispiace delle tue lamentele ,il climatizzatore è indicato che è a pagamento, potevate informarvi prima , anche perché vi siete lamentati con vbro, Che a girato a me la vostra lamentela, per le quali ho fornito le prove che sul sito e indicato che il climatizzatore, è a pagamento. Pe quanto riguarda la tavoletta del vc si è rotta in prossimità del 15 agosto qui in Sicilia e una festività, e i negozi sono chiusi anche per via delle ferie estive per cui ci è voluta una settimana, poi invece di ringraziare per i passaggio in macchina che vi ho dato per ben 2 volte d cui una alle 12:00 s di sera, e senza chiedere nulla in cambio, premetto che quando siete atterrati non avevate la macchina a noleggio e vi ho dato un passaggio ,se non vi avessi accompagnato io, sareste rimasti in aeroporto a dormire. Per cui ribadisco la mia opinione, siete una bella famiglia, ma ingrati.( Mi dispiace per voi , )

Besoin d'un coup de neuf

Le logement n'était pas propre (nombreuses toiles d'araignée, vaisselle sale, tapis sale) et pas en bon état (beaucoup de moisissure, pommeau de douche complètement cassé, mobilier de jardin très abîmé...). Les lits sont très inconfortables. Il est précisé que le logement est équipé de la clim mais à l'arrivée le propriétaire demande 100€ si on veut l'utiliser (et après vérification ce n'est pas précisé sur l'annonce). Sans clim, la chaleur dans les chambres est étouffante car pas d'aération possible. Les + : parking sécurisé, jardin bien clos, bon emplacement pour visiter Palerme, piscine agréable, propriétaire flexible pour l'arrivée et le départ.

chère dame, je suis désolé de vous entendre dire toutes ces inexactitudes, (mensonges) peut-être ? dites à cause de la climatisation, quoi peut-être ? tu as exigé la gratuité, sur le site il est précisé, que c'est payant, puis il suffit de regarder les autres avis pour comprendre que ses propos ne sont pas très crédibles, c'est qu'ils sont dictés, par la seule prétention d'avoir la clim gratuite. Je vous donne des conseils gratuits, la prochaine fois pour regarder attentivement ce qui est inclus dans la réservation et ce qui ne l'est pas.

Bon rapport qualité prix

Location sécurisée et proche de Palerme, petit port sympa à côté, à Porticello. Location à 1h00 de Segestes, Cefalu, Trappani, Sicile Africaine …etc Location très propre et propriétaire disponible et très sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue, dialogue par Wattsapp. La piscine hors sol est nécessaire au vu des températures. Inconvénient, trop loin de l’Etna et de la Sicile Baroque.

Location sympa

Propriétaire agréable. Location agréable avec sa piscine hors sol bien appréciable . Petit bémol sur la qualité de la literie et climatisation en option (+80euro).

bon séjour

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Logement fonctionnel et bien placé pour visiter la région de Palerme et ses environs. Francesco s'est rendu disponible et serviable, et malgré la barrière de la langue il a transmis sa gentillesse. merci!

Holiday flat.

The good thing about this flat is it’s secured and a quiet area to stay in both for your car and children having the pool with young kids is great until they splash about and you are sitting at the table and you can set soaked. The down side is the bedroom mattress was old soft and stained in places and was like one old jacket or jumper bobblie, the bed frame was too big and you could not use the sockets at each side of the bed, very small window. Bathe room-was small shower spray head could be replaced And a new toilet brush and a new toilet basket for your toiletries. living-room suite could have been steamed cleaned especially the arms of the couch, tried the grill to make toast took for ever and no toaster or kettle had to boil water in a pot and bought a toaster. Could do with a fresh coat of paint through the flat. The outside garden furniture was getting very tired looking could do with buying new stuff or replacing the covers on the seats. After been there for a week the owner gave us a sheet of paper letting us know what day the bins go out, and which bin they are for which should have been in the flat when we arrived. Unless he sorts out all these we imperfections I am afraid I would not recommend this flat.

Purtroppo alcuni ospiti non capiscono di aver affittato un appartamento ed è normale che alcune cose debbano essere sostituite o migliorate nel tempo. È chiaro che non hai affittato una stanza in un hotel grad che avrebbe pagato molto di più, e potresti esserti lamentato durante le vacanze avremmo sicuramente migliorato il tuo soggiorno in tutto.
