Nous avons passés une excellente semaine dans cette superbe maison et sa grande terrasse. Une résidence au calme. Nous étions 6 personnes dont 2 adolescents qui ont dit bonne connexion internet. La literie est très confortable, ustensile de cuisine au top.Nous avons visiter l' île de nantes et nantes qui est a 25 min en voiture, possibilité de prendre le tram.Nous avons été au restaurant proposer par jacques le propriétaire et vraiment un régal. Merci beaucoup à jacques très sympathique et de bon conseil.

Location très agréable pour une famille dans une très belle région. La maison est très fonctionnelle, dispose d'un très beau jardin et se situe à proximité des transports en commun qui permettent de visiter Nantes (et la région) en toute sérénité. Merci à notre hôte très disponible et à l'écoute !

Séjour au calme

Maison et jardin très agréable. Le calme absolu. Logement très bien équipé et qui ne manque de rien. Proche de tous commerces (supérette, boulanger, coiffeur etc…) et emplacement avec accès rapide à Nantes ou Pornic. Hôte très gentil, serviable et hyper réactif dès qu’on le sollicite. À recommander vivement !

Une maison au calme, qui permet d'aller partout dans la région

La maison est très agréable. Un jardin pour profiter du soleil ou y prendre les repas et un potager. Bien que située dans un lotissement, le lieu est très calme. La cuisine est tout équipée, il ne manque rien. La maison est très bien située à 15 mn de la 1 ère station de Tram (en voiture), pour se rendre à Nantes. A une heure de Saint Nazaire et ses environs, à 30 mn de la côte, bien desservie par une voie rapide. Nous avons passé 3 semaines riches en balades, découvertes et grand repos.

Maison spacieuse et au calme malgré l'environnement urbain. Jardin bien agréable. Parfait pour découvrir Nantes (super ville !) et sa région. Petit supermarché, boulangerie, pizzas à emporter et petit restau sympa à 5 minutes à pied : bien pratique. Accueil sympathique de Jacques. En résumé, tout pour passer de bonnes vacances.

C'est une maison absolument charmante, personnalisée et fonctionnelle !

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue sur le jardin, jardin potager et d'agrément, la pièce principale vaste et qui invite à découvrir l'extérieur. Le quartier est vraiment très calme, aucun Dérangement. Quand on est dans la maison, on n'a absolument pas l'impression d'être dans un lotissement. et puis c'est intéressant de découvrir les passions du propriétaire au travers de la décoration si originale. Pour finir, la découverte de la région, de Nantes à partir de cette maison a répondu à nos attentes. Un grand merci pour ce cadre (avec confiture maison)très sympathique.
