Serrada di Folgaria, the attic of Villa Gentilini

Our guests are welcome in our attic (3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom) of Villa Gentilini, a mountain house in a large private area immersed in the nature, for very relaxing periods in summer and great skiing in winter. Villa Gentilini is located in the characteristic small village of Serrada, 4 km from Folgaria, 20 km from the cities of Rovereto and Trento and 35 km from the Garda Lake.

Villa Gentilini is at walking distance from the center of Serrada (5 minutes) where our guests can also find a grocery store, a bakery, a bar, two pizzerias and a restaurant.

From 1 January 2020, the cost does not include 1 euros per person (over 14 years) per night of province tax, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. The amount must be paid in cash upon check-out.

The "Trentino guest card" can be obtained for free by the guests of Villa Gentilini and provides many benefit to visit the Province of Trento.

Hello! I'm climate scientist and for my work I travel to high altitude glaciers all around the world, from Antarctica to the Himalayas, the Andes, Papua New Guinea and, of course, the Alps.

I love: Stromboli in the Eolie Islands, the book "Antifragile" of Nassim Taleb, the movie "Dancing with the wolf" and lasagna.

For me hosting means hospitality. I always loved to have friends in my house and today I like hosting people from all around the world in my home in Serrada. My neighbors are the contacts when I travel.

Villa Gentilini is ideally located to walk, bike, golfing and skiing on the Altopiano di Folgaria e Lavarone. Excursions start right out the door of Villa Gentilini, a golf course is within 7 km. In winter our guests can walk to the ski station of Serrada (5 minutes) and have access to the large network of slopes of the Altipiano di Folgaria e Lavarone.

What makes this property unique

The large private field in front of the house is completely available for our guests and is a great place for kids that like playing soccer in summer and use the sledge in winter.

Our guests can request for free the Trentino Guest Card and enjoy a range of tourist experiences worth of €350 per week including:
