Benvenuti nel nostro affascinante, 1 camera da letto, 1 bagno condominio di fronte all'oceano chiamato "Surf's Edge". Questo condominio di fronte all'oceano, situato nel complesso condominiale Perdido Skye, offre sistemazioni favolose per un massimo di 6 persone!

Trova raro! Unità fronte oceano, situata all'ultimo piano, e West End di Bldg! C'è solo un condominio alla tua sinistra e sotto di te. Nessuno a destra o sopra di te! Le unità finali hanno più finestre per più visualizzazioni e più luce naturale!

Il condominio può ospitare comodamente 6 persone con 1 letto king-size nella camera da letto principale, un letto a castello per bambini nel corridoio e un divano letto queen-size nel soggiorno. Una porta tascabile nella sala fornisce privacy al soggiorno.

Il condominio dispone anche di: balcone con vista sull'oceano privato, soggiorno, cucina ben attrezzata, sala da pranzo per 6, 1 bagno completo con combinazione vasca-doccia, 2 TV a schermo piatto con canali via cavo, internet wireless e lavatrice e asciugatrice accatastamento all'interno del condominio!


Questa graziosa unità si trova nell'angolo ovest dell'ultimo piano di Perdido Skye. Questo complesso residenziale di 7 piani a bassa densità altamente desiderabile è situato nella scenica Perdido Key, in Florida. I servizi complessi includono: piscina stagionale riscaldata sul lato del golfo del complesso, griglie per barbecue a carbonella e una sala fitness. C'è un parcheggio per 1 veicolo per unità. Non sono ammessi rimorchi di parcheggio, camper, barche o moto d'acqua. Per questi oggetti più grandi ci sono dei depositi nella zona, basta chiedere a noi.

Amazing view of the beach! Robert was fantastic and replied quickly to text messages. The only reason I’m giving a 4/5 was because the floors were dirty and the bedroom had a weird smell but other than that, our stay was fantastic!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great. The pool was very nice and the beach access was perfect. The bedding smelled a bit musty, like it needed a good laundering. The microwave smelled very strongly like whatever had last been heated in there. Other than that, it was perfect!

Pool closed. They sent me a message prior to my arrival stating that there was an emergency maintenance repair but should be up soon. The entire pool deck was gone and under construction. The boardwalk beach access wasn't accessible due to this issue. I wasn't about to walk around the construction site on unlevel sand when I have back and hip issues. As far as cleanliness, sand all on tge bed, mold all over the shower curtain liner. I was only there 12 hours. This was my birthday present to myself on my first available day/weekend off this year and I was completely upset. No pool, no beach access, mold. Will not be back.

Good and bad

The condo was easily located and the view truly could not be beat. The decor was very cute and beachy. However, when we arrived we were almost knocked over by the smell of the febreeze plug-ins. We unplugged them immediately and soon realized their purpose. The entire condo had a horrible musty smell. It was the worst in the bedroom. Even the dishes in the cabinets smelled kind of musty andsour. (everything in my suitcase had to be washed when I got home due to the smell.) Kitchen counters and appliances were very clean but the floors were absolutely filthy. The tiles were practically black and we had to wear our shoes the entire time. When we moved the chairs to the table you could clearly see the outlines of the furniture where the floors had not been cleaned in quite some time. There was dust covering the light fixtures. And the ice maker was also broken. The hosts were made aware of these situations, but apparently there were some communication issues as they kept telling me they were trying to text/call even though my phone never rang. My phone was receiving calls/text otherwise so I'm not sure what was going on there. I find it hard to believe they were actually trying to get in touch. We were finally told there should be ice trays, which there were not. There was construction going on as well so there was nowhere to sit around the pool whatsoever, but it wasn't a big deal since we spent most of the time at the beach anyways. Great Location with beach view

Location was great with a few restraunts, shops and sweets within walking distance. Other restaurants were just a short drive. Great views of the gulf!!! Condo had everything you would need. Communication was great with detailed arrival and departure instructions. instructions.

Excellent View of Gulf

Larger balcony on 7th floor Unit was super clean and didn't overdo the beach theme. Just enough but not too much. Management addressed all our small questions very quickly.

Excellent condo!

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit. Although Hurricane Francine crashed most of our visit, we were extremely cozy and conveniently located to everywhere we wanted to go. We came in and the place was really cleaned and smelt good. Robert was checking in on us and answered calls and texts quickly. We are definitely coming back here next visit.

Roaches are a problem

We had a terrible experience at this property, which seems to be poorly managed. The floor was dirty and covered in sand. My children’s feet turned black with dirt within minutes of arriving. Everything appeared grimy like it hadn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. But the worst part was seeing live roaches in the unit a few hours after we arrived. We called the property manager who was aware of the roach issue, but didn’t see it as a problem. We contacted VRBO, but that was little help. We were told their rebooking team would call, but we never heard from them. We ultimately canceled the rest of our reservation and found our own accommodations elsewhere. We eventually did get a refund from the property manager, but we had to push to get that. The state of this unit is not as advertised and should not be hosting guests until it is in better shape and free from roaches. You know the property is in bad shape when a six year old could tell how much cleaner our new accommodations were.

Enjoyed

Had a great time, room was clean and as described. Only a few things could be better; such as the dryer doesn’t dry very well, the bedroom TV remotes didn’t work, and a few more cooking utensils would be great. We also knew going on there was construction going on, however we didn’t expect to be bothered first thing in the morning to replace a door hinge that absolutely could have waited until we checked out the next day. Overall it was great and we would stay again!
