Très bon accueilli par les propriétaires l'appartement très propre et suffisamment équipé l'accès aux différents services de transport et assez facile terrasse entièrement à l'ombre dès l'après-midi... j'ai fait beaucoup de déplacements à pieds ou à vélo, très peu utilisé ma voiture c'est un gagne temps important pour pouvoir profiter de tout à proximité.. j'ai passé 2 semaines formidables et j'en ai bien profité...je recommande à 100%

Das Appartement war super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet u mit sehr schön gelegenem Balkon zur Südseite.Tiefgarage dabei u für uns in perfekter Lage zum Hafen von Minimes. Sehr nette u hilfsbereite Vermieter. Einziger Nachteil: kein W-LAN.

Un studio parfait pour un couple! Ça aurait été mieux encore s’il avait fait beau bien sûr…Le parking privé est un plus non négligeable. La plage des Minimes est à 12 minutes de marche…

Un bon séjour

Un appartement bien équipé et fonctionnel, une bonne literie,une belle terrasse sur l'eau ! Idéalement situé quand on aime marcher. Tout est accessible à pieds si on a les bonnes baskets, sinon, le bus permet d'accéder à tout. Nous avons apprécié de ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture pour bouger.

Appartement bien situé

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en Août 2021. Quartier calme avec une place de parking (le top) ÷ un grand balcon. Bon rapport qualité prix. Nous étions à 8 min à pied de la plage et à 20 min à pied de la vieille ville. La région est magnifique. Je conseille cette location.

Propriété ce situant entre centre ville et un des ports permet de ce déplacer à pieds en plus des bus ou vélo en locations à prix non onéreux . Pour des personnes qui veulent faire de la visite touristique c'est au top

Magnifique

Très bon accueil, appartement très bien avec une très bonne literie, proche de tout, nous y sommes allés à moto et cerise sur le gâteau, une place de parking en sous sol Le lac sous la terrasse avec canard, poissons et le jar, tout simplement merveilleux, ils ont adoré le pain Merci encore
