There are two large common areas, with foosball, ideal for playing games, cards, and TV. Six King beds, 2 queen beds, 5 twin beds -5 private baths with 5 Jacuzzi tubs and showers.
The property is heavily wooded with garden areas and a gazebo with a grass meadow.

Lighted parking in the rear for 10 cars. You are only 3.5 miles from downtown's Sundance Square and FW Stockyards, Top Golf-2 miles, 15 miles from AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field, 7 miles from TCU, 4 miles from West 7th district and world-class museums.

Perfect for a Work Retreat

We loved this home and the grounds the minute we saw it. In fact, we bought it the next day! You feel taken away to another time and place while on the property! Proud to be a part of the up and coming River East development. In an older, transitioning neighborhood--3 lots, over 100 oaks trees feels like an oasis once you're on the property.

You will love the location of this home. So close to the center of Fort Worth, yet sitting in a neighborhood on almost 2 acres. The home is surrounded with huge oak trees and lush garden, park-like grounds.
