The Villa Mat Pilote is the ideal place to spend holidays with family or friends in an exceptional environment facing the island of Groix.
The Villa is facing due south taking advantage of the course of the sun from sunrise to sunset over the sea. The house is furnished with contemporary and functional equipment to make it more pleasant to live in.
You can lounge on one of the 3 terraces or in the 3500 m2 garden overlooking the sea. The sandy beaches are 100 m from the house.

5 bedroom house completely renovated. Ideally located in front of the sea at 100 m from the beach, very quiet, contemporary decoration, all comfort, heated and secure indoor pool, sandy beach at 100 meters, wild coast, tennis court and nautical club nearby (500 m) , American cuisine. 5 bedrooms. 3500 m2 enclosed garden, several spaces for vehicles. Totally secure swimming pool. Very pleasant house to live with superb view. 250 m 2 not overlooked. 3 terraces 180 ° sea view

The ground floor includes a large living room, dining room on an open kitchen with an island and equipment (microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer). The living room opens onto 2 terraces with barbecue, a parasol, garden furniture. Sea view from all rooms. Two bedrooms with sea view (160 cm bed) are also on the ground floor. 1 bathroom with bath and basin, 1 separate toilet.
The upper floor is made up of 3 bedrooms (new bedding), 2 with a 160 cm bed (sea view) and a bedroom with 4 90 cm beds (sea view), 1 wooden baby bed is available. You will also find a separate bathroom and sink.
The indoor swimming pool is located at garden level, opening onto an outdoor terrace with garden furniture. Indoor pool 3 x 7 m maximum depth of 1.60 m, heated to 28 ° C all year round. Security ensured by closing the pool room. You will also find a cellar with storage, washing machine and dryer, a toilet and a bathroom with shower and sink. There is also a game room with billiards and table football.

A phantastic Villa in one of the best areas of the wonderful Bretagne. The Extra Ordinary 270 deg. angle view, the 3 Terraces, the great garden with Apple trees, the nice heated indoor pool as well as the completly fence surrounded and safe ground was also a Best pla e to be for our dogs.

Second time here so impressed still with Franck’s property so much to do for the kids, and the surrounding area is beautiful as well hopefully will be back again perhaps a little later in the year as the weather was not very good

We had a wonderful stay. The house is very comfortable and spacious. It is well equipped with everything you may need. The host Franck is warm, welcoming and accomodating. It has wonderful views and is close to the beaches. Loved it! Thank you.

Lovely property in a wonderful location

The whole family including my young grandaughter enjoyed a lovely week at this fabulous house which enjoys views of the sea from most rooms. It is well furbished and equipped and, together with a big garden the games room and swimming pool, made it ideal for all the family. Thank you Franck we all had a marvellous holiday at your lovely house.

Absolutely stunning home. We didn't want to leave. Could live there. So close to lots of lovely beaches. walking distance to them all. Lots to do in the area. The home has everything you need for 4 families. Very spacious and lots of places to eat outside with a bbq. Would definitely recommend and would definitely return.

The view - wow!

The pictures don't lie - the house really has a magnificent location. Frank and his team are very nice - easy to get in touch with and very friendly. At first we thought the indoor pool was strange - but it really is a good complement to the sea baths. A tip for those of you who are thinking of renting - bring a car - it's quite a distance to shops and by car you can really experience Finistére. Many attractions are just a short trip away! We long to return!

First impressions great , some of furniture bit dated but comfortable, rainy week , everything was great for holiday, only small complaint down stairs shower had no curtain, had to mop floor every time as week was bad weather never dried out. Would highly recommend it as a great base , took pictures of mattresses, going to see if I can find some here , great sleep, owner is very friendly and helpful, came and put heating on, nothing was too much trouble. Weather was only real negative,

Overwhelming view on the sea

Room enough for a lot of people - equipment also by far more then adequate. Kitchen and living room with their large windows to the coast and sea and panoramic view are the highlight of the house and absolutely overwhelming. Pool, terrace, billard made it a perfect stay for us. Every morning and evening we enjoyed a short walk to the small beach only some meters behind the house. Franck is a very nice man and reacted immediately, when the dishwasher didnt work, there was no delay: thank you very much, Franck! This was professional service at it´s best. I can only recommend this villa to everyone, who want´s to have a great time!

Luxusvilla mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, der Garten, der kleine Pool und die Spiel - und Wäschemöglichkeiten im Keller sind wie beschrieben. Die moderne Küche und der Wohn- Essbereich mit den großen Panoramafenstern und 2 Terrassen entsprechen einer Luxusvilla. Die anderen Zimmer sind eher einfach, ebenso die Bäder. Beim Inserat waren drei Bäder angegeben, was für uns mit drei Familien wichtig war. Es gab aber eigentlich nur 2 Bäder. Das 3. war eine enge dunkle Dusche im Keller und eine Toilette. Es gab für jede Person nur ein kleines und ein großes Handtuch für eine Woche und keine Pooltücher, was definitiv zu wenig war. Auch keine Aufhängemöglichkeiten in den Bädern. Kleinigkeiten, die man einfach verbessern könnte. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das Haus recht hellhörig. Ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine wurde sofort behoben, die kaputten Rolläden in einem Zimmer blieben kaputt bis zum Ende der Woche. recht hellhörig. Die Waschmaschine hatte 1x ein Problem

Schönes Haus mit Luft nach oben

Das Haus hat einen Anbau, der wirklich toll ist. Schöne Küche und helles Wohnzimmer, 2 gut gelegene Terrassen mit Blick aufs Meer, das alles ist großartig. Der restliche Teil vom Erdgeschoss bräuchte allerdings dringend eine Renovierung. Die beiden unteren Schlafzimmer sind recht muffig, im Schrank des einen Schlafzimmers ist oben rechts Schimmel. Das Bad und die Toilette sind wahrscheinlich noch aus den 80ern. Alles klappert, die Türen schließen schlecht, es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeiten die Handtücher aufzuhängen und an der Badewanne fehlt ein Duschvorhang oder Spritzschutz, so dass man beim duschen alles nass macht. Durch die Witterung ist selbst im Juli alles klamm und trocknet schlecht, deswegen ist es umso ärgerlicher, wenn die Waschmaschine und der Trockner nicht richtig funktionieren. Dafür ist das Haus eigentlich zu teuer… Im oberen Stockwerk wurde da schon etwas investiert, da sind die Zimmer schöner und moderner.

Wunderbares Haus jedoch teils renovationsbedürftig

Alles war bestens, netter Vermieter, nette Dame bei der Schlüsselübergabe, tolle Lage und schönes helles sauberes , gut eingerichtetes Haus. Ein Stern Abzug , da die Sanitären Anlagen veraltet und teilweise kaputt sind ( WCs und Armaturen ). Schade , passt nicht zum gesamten Angebot ( hoher Preis), dringend renovieren ersetzen alle Bäder , Duschen und WC S . Ansonsten 100% Empfehlung! Besten Dank

Meme en fevrier nous avons ue la chance de prendre l'apperitief dehors (3/4 jours) sur la terasse avec tres belle vue. Calme, mais tres proche de la cote pour immediatement faire de belles prommenages. Piscine bien chaude pour les enfants.
