House with many sea views. Private access to the beach

From all the rooms of the house, we have full sea view !!

Standing on a rocky promontory surrounded on all sides by the beach and the sea, the house enjoys an exceptional panorama of the ocean. Built around 1875, it was the first Pouldu house by the sea. Some paintings call it 'the house of the Pen du', others 'The isolated house'. It was painted by many painters from the Pont-Aven School: Gauguin, Filiger, O'Connor ...
The house is surrounded by walls protected by a discreet fence, the land overlooks the rocks by several meters. It has direct access to the beach, the descent is made by a very steep small staircase, which can be dangerous for children (and even adults). Another beach is accessible by a path fifty meters away.

Outstanding

The location of the house is magnificent. We loved our stay here - the house was perfect for us. We walked much of the Coastal Path within 25 miles, relaxed in front of the fire and enjoyed many meals both at the house and - although many were shut out of season - at restaurants at Quimperlé, Port Aven, and Carnac. We would return without hesitation.

Maison avec un emplacement exceptionnel

Maison exceptionnelle de par son emplacement sur un promontoire rocheux, face à la mer, mais aussi par son histoire.On se trouve plongé dans l'histoire de ces peintres de l'Ecole de Pont-Aven qui sont venus peindre au Pouldu. Un musée récemment inauguré relate cet aspect de la localité. La maison dispose d'un intérieur très agréablement aménagé et d'un extérieur bénéficiant de deux terrasses orientées différemment.. Cuisine bien équipée, lits confortables. Excellent souvenir !

Ein Traum

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Man kommt sich vor wie auf einem Schiff, aber ohne die Nachteile. Das Haus selber ist voller Atmosphäre und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem und Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus ist ein Ort um vollkommen zu entschleunigen. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette magnifique maison. La vue de chaque fenêtre était un tableau de maître, la maison était propre et tout était parfait. Nous nous sommes sentis comme dans un rêve. Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires, qui se sont montrés arrangeants suite à une panne de notre véhicule.
