Rim Village Vista Condominium's are by far the nicest accommodations in Moab. This unit is beautifully furnished and fully equipped to meet your every need.

Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condominium has spectacular views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains. It is very comfortable, and stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy a rejuvenating stay in the beautiful red rock desert of Moab.

With a full kitchen, 2 car garage, pool and hot tub, it's far superior to staying in a hotel room. Rim Vistas is located about 5 miles south of downtown Moab and close to its 18-hole golf course, Ken's Lake, the Slickrock trail, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks and other recreational trailhead's.

This unit is a two level condo and spacious at 1600 square feet. It sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. The large master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and large bathroom with two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two full beds.

The outside patio is private, has a commercial gas grill and accommodates outdoor setting for 6. The two-car garage is attached. This is your home-away-from-home.

Owned by Mike and Penny McDill from the Glenwood Springs, Colorado area. We love to bike and hike and have an active family of bikers and hikers as well. A total of four adult children and their spouses and six grand children all enjoy our place. Our newest grand child will arrive in November and is sure to grow up as a biker and a hiker.

Why Penny McDill chose Utah

Because this property is personally owned and managed we take extra care to make sure it is well kept and comfortable. It is very close to trails and Moab. Because we are a biking family we have things like bike racks I the garage and hoses for washing mud off. The pool is super close and a great place to hang out after a ride or hike.

Perfect!

We've stayed at this property many times, and we think it's great! We keep coming back because of the ease of parking bikes and multiple vehicles as well as the well appointed kitchen and living space. Last spring break we had six adults and four kids sleeping and living comfortably for three nights. At first I thought it might be too far from town, but now I know that it's the best! Love the recent updates and can't wait until our next trip to Moab - just booked it!!

Adequate, though location different then advertised

The condo was nice, had everything that was needed, clean. The location that is shown on the listing is NOT where the condo is actually located. It is actually about 10 min south of town, past the arena, not within walking distance of anything (which the little green house on the map shows). Otherwise, owner provided necessary information, and it worked well of a group of 6 for the weekend.

Comvieniant location for exploring Moab and a spacious comfortable place to stay.

The property was clean, well furnished and the two car garage was a great space for staging our biking adventures. The access to the pool and jacuzzi was a life saver after a day of long riding! Penny was easy to communicate with and we really enjoyed our stay. Will be booking again for return trips.

Can't wait to get back!

My family thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was great to have a place where the kids could play, as well as a place for the adults to relax in the evenings. The property had everything we needed for our stay, and the owner was extremely helpful in accommodating our needs. The quiet that came with being just outside of "Moab central" was also a bonus for us. We will definitely look forward to staying here during our next Moab visit.

very nice place.

Enjoyed our stay at this place. Well equipped. We like the parking space since we had two trucks and a trailer. House was clean and bed were nicely done. Kids liked their rooms. Kitchen appliances worked well. Only Master bedroom bed squeaked and it was kind a annoying. Overall our stay was very relaxing and we would not mind staying here again.

Enjoyed our stay. Will be back again.

We loved our stay at this condo. We stayed two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. It was perfect for our family of five and had room for more. The whole place was extremely clean and well taken care of. We had the pool to ourselves and loved that the condo had a washer and dryer for our wet clothes. The AC kept things nice and cool after a hot day of hiking and biking. It is a nice quiet neighborhood with quick access to town and great views of the red rocks and amazing stars at night off the master porch. We were very impressed with this unit and will recommend it to our friends. We will definitely be back, hopefully for longer.

Located 5 miles south of Moab in a beautiful townhouse complex with a pool and hot tub. Double car garage with amble driveway for four more vehicles or trailers. Bike racks in the garage. Patio with BBQ. Flat screen TVs, wood and tile floors, fireplace. Clean and well decorated.

Three bedrooms including one king, one queen, and one with double bunks. Two full baths and one half bath. Memory foam hide-a-bed in front room.

Totally comfortable and cozy.
