  • Great Place

"What a great place! Our family of eleven stayed for three nights. It was nice to have a place where we could all be together but also have our own space. Everything was neat and tidy which made for a relaxing atmosphere. The historical features of the home are well preserved. Colleen took the time to share some of the history of the home which was interesting. Lee and Colleen are great hosts and made us feel at home. We hope to stay again!"

  • Perfect Location for National Parks!

"This was a good, central location for us (Arches, Canyonlands, Natural Bridges, Kane Creek, Looking Glass, Deadhorse Point) The property had plenty of amenities (Bathroom Soap/Shampoo, Laundry Detergent, Dishwasher/Dishwashing Detergent, etc.) Property was clean as were linens and towels. It is an interesting layout (could be combined duplex), but is really perfect for family/friends that want their own space. Two Bedrooms and a Bathroom on each side of the house allow for privacy. We traveled very close to "off season" for the area. Most restaurants were closed. We ate a few nights at R&L and it was 'OK.' Grocery shopping should be done elsewhere (either Moab or on your way in to Monticello) Blue Mountain Grocery is in town but has little variety and very high prices."
