The house was everything we could imagine and hope for as per its description. A superb and quiet location a few metres from a lovely sandy beach with umbrellas and sun beds. It was like having your own private beach. The owner provided everything we needed and more, a real gentleman showing how such a place should be presented. On the last night we were given a bottle of wine which was fantastic and totally unexpected. We thoroughly recommend the place for a relaxing and luxury vacation. We thank you from Ula and Kevin

Beautiful property in a beautiful location; the views were breathtaking. Comfortable and well equipped. Communication with, and the welcome from the owners was excellent.

We loved our stay. Patrick and Heidi were the perfect hosts, their communication from start to finish was excellent. The house, gardens, chickens and frogs were a delight! Definitely planning to revisit.

Villa is exactly as described and the team of Stella and Vicky will ensure your stay is relaxed and effort free. Our younger children (6yrs - 14yrs) had an amazing time and loved the pool - for the teenagers there are less options (i.e. limited night life) but they made the most of the sun and had a great time. Plenty of options for good restaurants but you will need your own transport to make the most of this. Everything about the villa is high quality and we would highly recommend the property.

Based on the pictures and write-up, we had high hopes for this villa, and they were exceeded. The villa appears to be used by the owners, as everything works and the kitchen is well equipped. It is spacious and comfortable, with good outside space, including two hammocks and multiple outdoor tables. The property is larger than we expected, and the location is superb. There is a lovely small beach with very clear water about 15 steps from the property edge: perfect for a morning swim. We were there during the last week of August, and for our morning swim, there were sometimes only one or two other swimmers. The beach was busier during the day, mostly with locals, but was never too crowded. There are also beautiful sunsets from both the beach and the villa. The owners are very charming and welcomed us to the property with watermelon and wine. They make their own award-winning olive oil, which we found most delicious. They also showed us how everything in the villa worked and gave us information on the nearby attractions. They were also very flexible about coming to check-us out at the time that suited us. The area is wonderfully quiet and relaxed. A ten-minute drive to the north brings you to the small town of Marathopoli with some good restaurants, boat trips to the nearby island of Proti, and a scuba centre, although they were quite busy and we did not manage any dives. Probably the nicest beach we have ever been too, Golden Sands, is about a 20 minute drive to the south. The archeological site of Olympia is 1.5 to 2 hours drive away. We were surprised at how extensive, well documented, and quiet the site was. It was well worth the visit for us. There are other sites nearby that we would have liked to visit, such as a waterfall, and a castle, but those will have to wait until next time. The adjacent property is Callisto Suites and Coffee bar. The outdoor coffee bar was a nice place for an espresso after our morning swim (although our villa had a good espresso machine too). Depending on the wind, we could sometimes hear the music from the coffee bar when sitting at our villa's outdoor table. This was the only downside, although, to be fair, the music was not particularly loud. We highly recommend this villa.
