We are close to area shopping, golf and restaurants. Fantastic deck for enjoying the views and everything you need to enjoy the beach available for your use - chairs, towels, sand toys. An outdoor shower to wash away the day's sand and a fenced in back yard for added privacy. Beautiful modern kitchen, fully equipped, and gas BBQ allow you to cook your own meals if you choose. The perfect end to a day spent splashing in the waves is making s'mores over the beach fire pit, or relaxing in the sauna. Amazing lake views from the kitchen, dining, sitting room, 1st bedroom, 4th bedroom and loft.

Located directly between downtown Tawas and Oscoda means access to all kinds of summer fun with festivals, movies/music in the park, cute shops, great restaurants, lighthouses, putt putt and renowned golf courses. Located near the AuSable River with opportunities for kayaking, canoeing and tubing. There are also amazing views of the fall colors with state land right across the street. Long driveway with plenty of parking and a basketball hoop for fun.
