The River House @ 102 is your riverfront escape in downtown Oscoda, MI! This fully furnished 3 bed/1 bath A-frame sits right on the AuSable River with 50' of frontage, a seawall, and a dock ready for your boat or jet ski. Just 5 minutes by water or just a short walk to Lake Huron's turquoise shores.
Cast a line for bass, walleye, perch & steelhead right in the backyard, or hop in a kayak and paddle off. Good swimmer? The water's clear enough to spot fish swimming by.
Now with outdoor putt-putt AND shuffleboard — plus cornhole, ladder ball, and a fire pit — the fun doesn't stop when you get out of the water!

This place on the river is excellent! Clean, nicely furnished and has a lovely outdoor deck space to enjoy. Stayed here last year also with our grandkids and they loved it too.

Fishing Fun

Great River Escape

Fantastic getaway. We didn't have the greatest weather, but the River house is so cozy and cheerful that it more than made up for it. We were able to get some hiking, fishing and kayaking in. They are great hosts.

The “Happy Place” was a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Outstanding! The accommodations were perfect and very nice personal touches which made the stay even memorable. Fresh flowers, great use of space, clean and the outdoor space with hammock and view was amazing.
