Pleasant house with garden in the heart of a small hamlet of Lomagne Gersoise, in a small typical village of Gers, very peaceful and tree-lined environment, completely renovated and tastefully decorated -located in Goutz (8km from Fleurance).
Pleasant garden with trees allowing you to live outside if you wish
On the ground floor: kitchen / living room + separate living room + bathroom, toilet and laundry room (washing machine) - color TV / DVD / Freeview player / CD player. a small freezer is available
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed - one bedroom with 120 cm bed.
Outside: garden furniture, barbecue and green spaces
Activities: hiking, mountain biking and beautiful walks from the house (marked trails). pétanque area in the village
At 8km: swimming pool - golf - tennis - astronomy (astronomy festival in August) - horse riding
all shops and services in Fleurance (8km): market Tuesday and Saturday morning.

une découverte savoureuse

Nous ne connaissions pas cette région et avons pu profiter de ses charmes multiples, du calme de notre location, de la gentillesse de madame Mouton. L'équipement de la location était suffisant pour passer un très agréable séjour. Nous sûmes profiter du jardin où, protégés des rayons du soleil, nous utilisions barbecue et chaises longues.

Maison de campagne fonctionnelle qui a du charme mais qqs points négatifs

Maison de vacances à la campagne qui a su garder le frais malgré la canicule! Jardin agréable. Mais quelques points négatifs : bien préciser qu'il n' y a pas de solution internet (pas suffisamment clair sur l'annonce), frigo trop petit pour 4 personnes (impossible de faire de grosses courses) et bien prévenir les locataires de la présence de moustiques tigres! Impossible de manger le soir dehors sans protection.

Gîte parfait au calme. Propriétaire très accueillante. Je recommande vivement.

Maison typique et agréable. Spacieuse et au calme. Nous avons randonné et visité les belles bastides au alentours. Le paysage est assez monotone mais nous nous sommes régalé de découvrir cette région. Repos et dépaysement garantis.

Bonitas vacaciones de Occitania.

La casa se encuentra en una zona rural rodeada de girasoles. Es una casa sencilla, acogedora y muy fresquita. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas, dispone de lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones en familia. Muy cerca están lugares preciosos patrimonio de humanidad como La Resingle y La Romieu. nos hemos quedado con ganas de volver.

Le Gers est une de nos destinations favorites pour les vacances, mais nous ne connaissions pas bien la Lomagne. Nous n'avons pas été déçues, nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Nous avons été reçues très agréablement par Mme Traverse qui nous a transmis de très bons conseils sur les sites à voir. Beaucoup de documentations également dans la maison qui est très agréable, bien équipée, très calme et très propre. Il y a tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Nous espérons revenir rapidement, nous n'avons pas visité tout ce dont nous avions envie.

Excellentes vacances en Lomagne

Le Gers est une de nos destinations préférées pour les vacances, mais nous connaissions moins la Lomagne. Magnifique, comme le reste du département. Nous avons été très agréablement reçues par Mme Traverse qui nous a donné des conseils pour les visites, en plus des nombreux dépliants dans la maison. La maison est très calme, très propre, fraîche, les lits sont très confortables, et il y a un joli coin pour manger dehors. Nous reviendrons très rapidement, je l'espère, car nous n'avons pu visiter tout ce que nous souhaitions. Merci

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette location très calme , spatieuse et confortable . proche des commerces et des différentes randonnées effectuées . le soleil était au rendez-vous . la cuisine très bien équipée , la douche à l italienne excellente . merci également à mme Traverse pour son accueil et la documentation fournie .

Séjour agréable et dépaysant dans Le Gers

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le Gers. Marie-Claude nous a bien accueilli et donné des conseils pour les visites aux alentours de Goutz. La maison est très bien située pour des balades champêtres (chemins à proximité) ou les découvertes de villes/villages comme Fleurance, Lectoure, La Romieu, Mauvezin, Larresingle, Auch... De plus, la maison est très bien équipée et a été rénovée récemment.
