Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Probably our 4th time staying here although expen$ive the location eases the pain. There were some things that needed repair and the bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom are ridiculously small it’s always a great time. The path to the beach needs some work also.

We really like the closeness to the town restaurants, shops, pier, park and lighthouse. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing vacation on the beach. The home was very clean, well equipped and in a fabulous location. Steps away from the beach and only a short walk to the light house and shops, this home is a good one. The house is definitely a charming, older home among the larger modern homes.

Really enjoyed the location and proximity to area restaurants. Having the beach just steps (a/k/a stairs) away!! Could hear the surf on the decks which was very relaxing. The beach in the morning was wonderful; not a lot of people and the fact that the beach is dog friendly was nice to see (we didn't have a dog). The home was very comfortable for 2 sisters and the split bedrooms and baths was nice; we each had our own space. Highly recommend this home.

Great Dog Friendly Place to Stay!

We loved our time on St. Simons Island and really enjoyed bringing our pups too! The place was very clean and well equipped for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous Beach House

This 2 bedroom beach house was perfect for our family and dog! Most restaurants are walkable. Kitchen is well stock.

This cottage is cozy but has lots of space for relaxing and spending time together. The deck is perfect for having coffee while watching the sunrise, and then enjoying a glass of wine after sunset. The location is obviously a perfect spot to access the beach, but it’s also convenient to walk dogs, and it’s even an easy walk into town. The small enclosed backyard was a big hit with our dogs. Sea Spray is a comfortable retreat that lets you listen to the ocean waves and experience the fun and beauty on the island.

Truly beachfront with no obstruction. Place was very comfortable and clean. Good stock of kitchen supplies. Great to leave the windows open and hear the ocean waves. Everything was wonderful! The only small suggestion I’d make is to change the soap supply in the bathrooms. Currently, you receive one thin quarter-size bar which is not enough to last more than a day or two. Other than that…. Bravo!

Relaxing Vacation

We were extremely pleased with this home which is directly on the beach and a mere half mile to the village. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The beach was never overcrowded while we were there. The views are amazing and make this a special place. It’s clear the owners take care of their home with pride and want their guests to have an outstanding stay. Highly recommend.
