La unidad final muy buscada en Wildwood Spa es impecablemente limpia y relajante. La cubierta trasera con malla gigante domina el hermoso campo de golf Atlantic Dunes. Cama King size en la habitación principal y dos gemelas en la habitación de invitados más un sofá cama Queen Size para
espacio extra para dormir, perfecto para un grupo de 5. Cocina totalmente equipada con todas las comodidades, además de WIFI súper rápido de alta velocidad. Long weekend getaway

Loved the location of the property! Very short bike ride to beach and Harbor Town. Had some great matches on the pickleball court and enjoyed watching the golfers. Great location at Seapines!

Absolutely loved our stay at this villa in Hilton Head! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the peaceful mornings on the patio watching the golfers come through. The host was responsive and thoughtful, which made the whole experience even better. We can’t wait to come back!

Well-kept, pet friendly condo in a convenient location. Condo was clean with all the required amenities. We loved being a short walk away from the beach and Harbor Town was 1 mile away. Neighborhood pool was perfect when we didn't want sand and tennis courts worked for pickle ball too. Check in and check out were easy! All-in-all, a perfect home base for a week in Hilton Head.

Comfortable quiet get away

This is a lovely, well maintained quiet spot. The kitchen was large enough and well stocked. The rooms big and comfortable with the master bathroom awesome.

The home is comfortably furnished, up to date, everything in working order, well equipped. The management is very good about providing information to help guests have a pleasant stay.

Wonderful Villa in Sea Pines!

We loved this villa! The tennis court and pool were so nice for our 9 and 12 yr old to play on when we were hanging out. The beach ride was short and easy and we also biked easily to Harbour Town and South Beach. The villa was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. Would love to stay here again!

Just what we needed

We loved our stay. The villa was just the right size for two people. Overlooked the golf course saw deer wandering. A nice walk to the beach was not too much for us. The beach calms our soul. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your villa.

Was overall very impressed with the condo. Clean, very comfortable furniture, updated amenities/kitchen/bathrooms. Owner responded immediately to the few very minor problem's that I had. It is about a .7 mile to beach. walkable, very easy with the bike. I just thought it was gonna be a little bit closer. would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Terrific property in great location. Needs some upgrades( furniture in great room) but unit was spotless and bright. Free bikes really nice, but do bring your own beach chairs. Would rent again!!

We loved the property, amenities, and location. Community pool was close and clean. Public beach access was 1/2 mile away. Jessica was quick to respond to any questions I had. Will definitely stay again!

Summer HHI Visit

We really enjoyed our week long stay here. The beach was a short bike ride away. The neighborhood pool and tennis/pickball court was very convenient and watching the golfers out the back door was enjoyable. Only issue we had were a few electrical outlets did not function but that did not affect our stay.

Wonderful stay

This property was perfect for us & our dogs. Very close to walking paths & short druve to beach club for early a.m. walks on beach. Very quiet, end unit. The property was extremely comfortable with a wonderful view of the golf course & just steps away from the pool. We will definitely be back. Jessica was a great host.

Condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our 2 week stay. Quiet area at end of development. Screened in porch was perfect for October. Property managers very accommodating for our needs. Will definitely be back.

Sea Pines in July

We loved this property! The location was perfect with proximity to a Pickleball court, swimming pool, golf, and the beach! The kitchen was well stocked. The condo was comfortable and attractive, and we enjoyed being in an end unit with beautiful views of the golf course. The only point of concern is the weak boards in the screened-in porch under the outdoor water spout. We were afraid someone might fall through! We would definitely consider staying at this property again in the future.

Perfect place for our family

The townhouse was clean & spacious with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The screened in porch was a nice addition and it made grilling a mosquito-free event. The location is central to several popular locations (Harbor Town, the Salty Dog & the beach club). We rented a bike with a beach cart that made beach trips fairly painless, as you can ride right up to the dunes. We found access #41 perfect- close enough to the beach club to refill water bottles or use the bathroom but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Kids enjoyed the pool in the afternoon. There was easy access to the trolley stop across the street. We loved being able to bring our dog (FYI there was an alligator in the small pond next to the unit the day we left, so be mindful). Beds were comfortable and the AC kept the house at 71 at night with no problems (outside temps in the 80’s) We’d definitely stay again!

Wonderful Golf course view

Enjoyed seeing the deer on the golf course in the early morning and at dusk. Like the short walk to the pool. Unit was an end unit so it was very quiet. Interior was clean and beds were comfortable. Glad to have the bikes to use. Had trouble turning on the water on the screened in porch. Our only drawback is now that our group is in their 60's and 70's trying to get to the beach is getting harder and harder. Our only option is to haul our chairs, umbrella, and beach bag on the trolley which is extremely difficult. We can't park anymore at the Beach club or drop our things off. Renting can be costly and doesn't allow for flexibility.

Fun, Sun and Relaxation!

We had everything we needed! No need to bring or rent bikes, chairs or beach towels! We had our daughter and granddaughter with us for the first few days and they thoroughly enjoyed the nice swimming pool which was just a few steps from our villa and they had their own private area upstairs. The villa was exceptionally bright with lots of windows and a great view of the golf course. We enjoyed pickleball on the tennis/pickleball court just a few steps from the villa. It was a comfortable and lovely villa to stay in. First time in this mid area of Sea Pines and we loved it. Close bike ride to Salty Dog and Sea Harbor. A little further than we’re use to for a more secluded beach location but still not bad. Close easy ride though to the more busy Beach Club. It was a very clean villa. The downstairs was all tile which was what we prefer. The steps and upstairs were carpeted and you can til that pets are welcome from the stained carpet but it was clean. They have remodeled the kitchen and I’m sure are working towards a new flooring upstairs. They were efficient on their communications and we will either like to stay here again or enquire on one of their other properties. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your villa for a lovely memorable vacation!

Great location, relaxing vacation

We spent our days biking to beach, swimming in pool and visiting restaurants and shops. Loved the slow pace of life. We brought our dog and she was entertained by watching squirrels and golfers from patio doors. The condo could use a refresh on paint and carpet but condo was very clean. Probably the price of being pet friendly. The bathrooms are newly remodeled. Overall, a very comfortable place to stay and very centrally located within Sea Pines.

Lovely working vacation

My friend and I took a working vacation, and this was the perfect unit. The screened patio was amazing for working, and lounging. It was quiet being an end unit and close to the pool entrance. Having the bikes included was wonderful. I’ve been visiting the island for 25+ years and this was one of my favorite trips.
