VERY Beautiful character cottage overlooking Lake St Etienne Cantales. pinnacle schist. beautiful oven. Fenced of 1000 m2. accepted animals.
cottage renovated in 2015. large living room with fireplace. comfort. TV. dishwasher. music space. 3 hectares of land available at the lake in the cove del Moulis 500m car access with very nice beach for swimming, fishing. picnic. rando games etc possibility of using a boat for fishing or 6 engine with 20 hp.
barbecue. Sun bathing. petanque etc. etc.

... dans "nos" murs dés notre arrivée ...

La tranquillité sur place, les activités aquatiques de bord de plage par ce joli petit chemin, les diverses visites proposées par cette belle région disponibles à foison ... Une maison ancienne joliment restaurée et décorée que son propriétaire prend un plaisir, communicatif, à nous faire découvrir. Très bien équipée en interne comme en extérieur, elle recèle même sa cave ... à fromage afin d'y garder son Cantal dans les meilleurs conditions ... José Caumon, notre hôte, est un amoureux de sa région et il nous le prouve en nous proposant ses bons plans de découvertes. Depuis l'accro-branches de la Plage de Renac au Puy-Mary en passant par châteaux et villages typiques médiévaux nous n'avons pas eu le temps de gouter les bains de soleil pourtant bien engageants. Le petit verre de Gentiane à la terrasse du café, entre les courses effectuées dans cette si accueillante supérette de Laroquebrou et la visite du château et son expo de peinture, petit moment de douce authenticité ... Dans la mesure où je ne loue pas à l'année, je consens volontiers à partager ce petit bonheur avec quelques uns de mes amis. Je suis même près à y revenir avec eux car trois chambres nous y attendent ...

Très joli gīte, bien restauré, bien équipé, correspondant parfaitement à la description. Très bon accueil du propriétaire avec en plus toutes les explications sur la région. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme entouré de jolis paysages sauvages.
