In an old school, this cottage will seduce you with its comfort and authenticity. In the heart of a village on the banks of the Rance, it is ideally situated for visiting Saint Malo, Dinan, Cancale, Mont Saint Michel and the superb Rance valley. You will also be charmed by Saint Suliac (2 km, photo nmr 20), classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. The gîte, completely renovated, is made up of a cathedral living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 140x190 beds, bathroom with bath and shower.
Underfloor heating, WIFI, canalsat, barbecue, garden furniture and parking in front of the gîte in an enclosed courtyard. Possibility of online racing at the Super U of Plouer sur Rance at 5 km.
An enclosed garden allows animals to be welcomed in peace.

Beautiful Cottage and Location

We were all welcomed with a smile and Lottie loved her new Friend , Loic's family dog . The property was a great location for our days out. The cottage had everything we needed and was very clean . We were meant on arrival and Loic came to say Goodbye. Loic arranged a Vets appointment for us to get the paperwork for Lotties return to the UK. Everything was very straightforward , we had a lovely time . Thank you Loic

Comfy little haven of peace

Lovely property, charming owner, great location - everywhere seemed to be a 20 minute drive: the st malo ferry; Dinan; Dinard; Cancale. The area is well worth a visit.

Deserves 6 stars

This is a beautifully renovated property with superb attention to detail. Everything has been thought about - the kitchen is fitted to the highest standard ; the bathroom has an excellent shower ; the living room is homely ,comfortable and stylish ; bedrooms are light and airy and everything spotlessly clean. Our hosts Loic and Genevieve could not be more welcoming and Nino is an absolute delight - the smiliest waggiest dog in France. It’s ideally situated for Rennes,St Malo, Dinan , Cancale and the walk along the sea front at Dinard is a must. The baker in the village is superb and Bistro de la Greve in St Suliac is highly recommended .It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we hope to return.

Beautiful property, ideal location.

Beautiful property with everything you need, and, in an ideal location. The owners have clearly put huge thought and effort into making this beautiful house feel welcoming and homely. It is in an ideal location to explore St. Malo, Dinan, Dinard, Le Mont St. Michel and so many more lovely locations. Make St. Suliac a must see. We had a lovely week at St. Anne's. Thank you both.

Fantastic holiday!

We have just returned from a lovely week away at Cottage Sainte Anne. We had a thoroughly lovely time from start to finish. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. On arrival we were shown around the cottage, the cottage is decorated to a high standard and has everything you need within it. We were travelling with a dog and were immediately made to feel relaxed and nothing was too much trouble for the owners. The outside area was lovely and relaxing with a BBQ as an added bonus. The cottage is perfectly located for great days out, we walked into Saint Suliac a couple of times which was a very pretty fishing village, we also went to St Malo, Dinan and Dinard to name but a few. All day trips were in easy reach and added to the relaxing atmosphere of the cottage. Another bonus is that you have secure parking at the cottage anytime day and night. We often saw the owners when arriving/departing to our trips and they were always friendly and offered advice where to visit. Overall, we would highly recommend a stay here. As we have said, the cottage is beautifully decorated and the owners are lovely. Thank you for a great holiday! Hayley and Chris (and Rupert) :-)

Bring your cleaning products!

First, the positives. Good location, spaceous and well equipped accommodation. Hosts were agreeable to a late night arrival after car trouble. The negatives may be due to a cultural difference, but even so, disappointing not to know at the time of booking. Extra charges for towels, for bed sheets, and bizarrely for cleaning. Yes, guests are routinely expected to pay dozens more euros on top of the booking price to clean the accommodation! Or do a full clean themselves. As guests we always tidy up after ourselves. But this just felt wrong and took the 'shine' off our stay. The booking price was about right for the property. But the so-called extras tip it into expensive. And make the experience a bit uncomfortable for those not forewarned.

Eine außergewöhnliche und sehr schöne Unterkunft

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr schön umgebauten alten Schule. Der Umbau wurde sehr durchdacht mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgeführt und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Zur Wohnung gehört ein eigener, eingezäunter Garten, ideal für Hunde oder Kinder. Wir wurden vom Besitzer sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen die Besonderheiten (Bedienung der Fußbodenheizung, etc.) erklärt. Im Kühlschrank stand eine Flasche Cidre als Willkommensgruß für uns bereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Excellent séjour en Bretagne, nos hôtes sont très accueillant, à l'écoute, le cottage est d'une propreté exemplaire, mignon comme tout, très bien situé car proche de tous les endroits à visiter (Saint Malo, Cancale, Saint Suliac, Dinan, Dinard, Mont Saint Michel), tous situé entre 10 et 30 minutes en voiture ; je recommande ++++

Wunderschöne Zeit in der Bretagne

Wir haben im Ferienhaus von Ioic Morel eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Es bietet viel Platz und ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Herr Morel ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . La Ville-es-Nonais ist ein idealer Standort, um diesen Teil der Bretagne - mit St. Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Dinan und dem Mont St. Michel - zu entdecken. Es ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Magnifique gite avec un hôte très sympathique et accueillant

Ideaal vakantiehuis in Bretagne

De woning was zeer netjes en smaakvol ingericht. Zeer goed uitgeruste keuken, goede bedden en complete badkamer met bad en douche. Veel interessante steden op slechts 30' rijden, zoals Dinan, Dinard, Saint Malo en Cancale. Ook de Mont Saint Michel is slechts op 45' rijden. Vlakbij goede wandelmogelijkheden met onze hond naar La Rance.

Eine sehr schöne Woche in der Bretagne

Wir hatten als Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem Appartement von Loïc. Die zweigeschossige Wohnung in einer ehemaligen Schule ist total gemütlich, sehr sauber und top ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche!). Der angrenzende eigene kleine Garten ist auch herrlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Lieben Dank!

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans un gîte exceptionnel. Très bon accueil, gîte d'une propreté irréprochable et très fonctionnel, sa localisation est parfaite proche de tout pour decouvrir cette magnifique région. Notre chien a énormément apprécié le jardin et les belles promenades à proximité ! Une tres belle decouverte et à redécouvrir avec plaisir 😁

Wunderbares Gästehaus

Wir haben uns nach dem netten Empfang durch Herrn Morel gleich wohlgefühlt. Das Gästehaus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Ausstattung hochwertig und in der Küche wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Hinzu kommt ein kleiner, gemütlicher Garten mit hübschem Ausblick. Der Ort La Ville-ès-Nonais hat eine gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, wir haben viel gesehen. La Martinique en Bretagne

Un hôte très accueillant, gentil et à l’écoute. Nous a bien conseillé sur les visites à faire. Le gîte se trouve à 15 min de Dinar, Cancale, Saint Malo et du Mont Saint Michel. Le gîte est situé dans un très joli village près de Saint Suliac. Nous recommandons vivement. Encore merci !!!!

Tolle Wohnung in schöner Umgebung
