Appartement très bien situé à côté de la plage Par contre, annonce frauduleuse qui mentionnant 3 chambres au lieu de 2, pas de vue sur mer. Annonce corrigée après le signalement Mon fils a déchiré le transat par accident et la propriétaire nous a facturé 330!!! Honteux !

cette locataire est de très mauvaise foi car mon annonce est toujours la même depuis presque 10 ans et n'a jamais mentionné trois chambres et une vue mer mais un appartement de 60 m2 comprenant deux chambres et aucun vis à vis! Vu la surface il est impossible d'avoir trois chambres Abritel a constaté deux annonces dont une devait être frauduleuse! Mais cette personne ne veut pas entendre raison et de plus a cassé un transat s'en excuser en mentionnant qu'il était vieux! Quelle manque d'éducation J'ai aussitôt fait une réclamation auprès du site qui m'a donné raison, qui a été très réactif et que je remercie infiniment Sur ce, le sujet est clos et mon appartement est très apprécié par tous les hôtes que j'accueille Cordialement

Nous avons passé une excellente séjour dans cette belle appartement. On a été très contente du service de la part de l'agence et du proprietaire. On a passé 2 semaines fantastique et on reviendendra avec grand plaisir!

Une merveilleuse semaine dans une résidence très agréable

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. L'appartement était parfait, fonctionnel et nous garderons longtemps le souvenir des dîners sur le balcon au milieu des arbres. La piscine grande et parfaitement exposée avec assez de bains de soleil et de parasols pour contenter tout le monde. La plage à deux pas avec ses paillotes accueillantes. Seul bémol cette année les posidonies (algues) qui empêchaient l'accès à une bonne partie de la plage et qui rendaient l'eau beaucoup moins turquoise que d'habitude tout au moins pour une grande partie de la plage. Espérons qu'un jour il deviendra possible d'enlever au moins les algues mortes sur cette plage de rêve. A noter également le service parfait de Delphine qui assurait la conciergerie de l'appartement.

Séjour Merveilleux

Séjour exceptionnel de 2 semaines en Juillet 2016 avec nos 3 enfants (6ans, 4ans, et 5 mois) dans cet appartement extrement bien situé, proche piscine et proche plage de Santa Giulia (proche du restaurant les 3 2). Appartement trés fonctionel où rien ne manque. La Résidence est peuplée mais trés calme. Superette a 5min à pied en cas de besoin de dernière minutes. Excellente acceuil et organisation pour la réservation, prestations ultra rapide au moindre problème. thomas.
