Recently Remodeled With New Appliances And Central Heating and Air. This quaint 2 bedroom/ 1 bath cottage apartment is nestled in the woods and the heart of downtown Highlands. This cottage apartment is less than a half mile from the center of Main Street and conveniently on Hwy 64 easily accessing Franklin road to national parks with waterfalls, lakes and hiking trails. The house comfortably sleeps and 4 offers all the expected comforts like cable TV and a well-appointed kitchen.

My mom and I loved our stay at this apartment! The location is super convenient to town, and it was clean and stocked with plenty of fresh towels. Check-in and checkout were very straightforward, and there was ample parking for both of our cars. Would definitely stay here again!

This unit is in a quiet mountain setting, and the property is surrounded by beautiful mountain rhododendron. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything one might need to prepare meals, allowing me to cook a Christmas dinner for my family. Beds were comfortable, and the WiFi worked flawlessly.

The space was great and perfect for me being in town for a friend’s wedding. Ali even called me at almost 11 PM at night to address an issue. I’ll definitely be coming back and staying here if I visit the Highlands again

Very clean and organized close to town, the walkway doesn’t go quite out to the house but pretty close. You can easily walk to the bbq restaurant too

Excellent Stay

We had a great stay at this property. Ali was very helpful prior to our trip and the home was VERY clean and a great value for the area. I must admit we were a bit hesitant prior to our stay due to the pictures, but we were pleasantly surprised!

Housing for Friends Wedding

We had a great stay. The price and location close to the middle of town were ideal. Four of us stayed there comfortably before heading to our friends wedding.
