Ideally located near the Pointe du Raz and the Bay of Souls, you have a house equipped, comfortable and warm. Each room offers a view of sea and garden.
The living room extends onto a wooden terrace allowing you to enjoy the quiet and the panoramic view of the coast.
Once on the trail, you discover the beaches of the Loch and the Bay of Souls (famous surf spot), while dining in one of the surrounding pancake.

On adore cet endroit

C'est la 2ème année que nous réservons cette maison. Et c'est toujours aussi parfait. Communication facile avec le propriétaire. Super accueil d'Alexandrine. Nous adorons cet endroit pour le côté pratique de la maison, son calme et surtout la vue qu'on ne se lasse pas d'admirer.

Cette vue magnifique...

Superbe séjour que nous avons passé dans cette très belle maison. Tout est conforme à l'annonce et même plus encore. Mais la chose à retenir c'est cette vue que la maison nous offre...direct sur la mer. Maison qu'on recommande de chaudement.

Wunderschönes Hause mit super Lage

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem ebenso wundervollem Haus verbracht. Grandiose Aussicht, himmlische Ruhe, immer ansprechbarer netter Gastgeber, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Küstenwanderungen und schöne Strände (Baie de Trepasses, Le Loc'h) in der Nähe. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Gîte très agréable avec vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très belle, propre et ne manque pas d'équipements. A recommander ! Seul bémol : l'accueil et le départ, réalisés par une tierce personne un peu expéditive et qui nous a promis un cadeau de bienvenue dont nous n'avons pas vu la couleur.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit top Aussicht

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht und ist schön eingerichtet. Minuspunkt ist der fehlende Sonnenschutz. Der Sonnenschirm alleine genügt kaum bei heissem Sommerwetter. Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und das Highlight! Wer gerne Sandstrände hat braucht eher ein Auto. Zu Fuss ist höchstens der Strand am Hafen zu erreichen. Innerhalb kurzer Zeit erreicht man mit dem Auto allerdings schnell die tollen Sandstrände rund um Audiere.

excellent séjour

Notre séjour a été très agréable dans une maison idéalement située avec la vue sur l'océan et la proximité des sentiers côtiers . Très reposant la maison est très fonctionnelle et bien entretenue . C'est un lieu parfait pour découvrir cette très belle région du Cap Sizun . Merci à Monsieur LEPREVOST qui a été disponible pour toutes les explications demandées .

Merveilleux, situé au calme et avec vue manifique

Merveilleux, situé au calme, l'appartement de vacances est pratique, entièrement meublé avec goût et en très bon état, - du salon et de la terrasse, on a une vue magnifique sur la côte et les couchers de soleil. Nous avons été accueillis très gentiment et avec un peu d'attention et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dès le premier instant.

Empfehlenswert! Gut ausgestattet. Schöne Lage! - Highly recommended! Nicely located, well equipped.

Spacious. Bright. Modern. Just as it looks like in the pictures. Nicely located at the end of a small village with both traditional and modern houses in the neighbourhood. The housekeeper was kind and helpful but - as far as I know - only speaks French. So if you do not speak French, make sure to clarify everything upfront with the landlord (who speaks English and is quick to respond to any question or specific arrangements). Reception and return of keys went quickly and without complications. The house itself is pretty well equipped and even basic supplies such as toilet paper, salt/pepper, coffee filters, laundry detergent, barbecue charcoal and lighters etc. were present. (Excellent!) I'd have loved to have bed linen be supplied in full rather than only some parts of it (as we had it) or none at all (as it was advertised). It's always difficult to know, have and bring such stuff in the right sizes. It wasn't a real problem though and the beds themselves were indeed very nice and comfortable. The spacious garden is facing the coastside but is merely a large stretch of lawn. It would definitely benefit from some extra bushes or a tree for some wind and view protection or shade on a hot day. Spectacular sunsets to be watched from the terrace (or even from inside as all rooms have sea view). Small shopping facilies in cycling distance (or even walking/jogging if you allow a bit of time). No beaches close by but some nice sandy ones of different sizes can be reached within 10 minutes by car (either near Point du Raz or in Esquibien/Audierne). The town of Plogoff (to which the village belongs) is rather sleepy but has a nice Creperie, a good bakery (which also serves as a kind of mini market), bank, post office, and pharmacy. The house is ideal for a quite and relaxed stay at the coast and makes an equally good home base for exploring the Cap Sizun region. Good for hiking, cycling or trips by car. We (family of 4) had a very nice one-week stay and will definitely consider booking again if we chose to stay in the Cap Sizun area. Since there's still a little room for improvement we give a total 4 out of 5 stars but this does not imply any real criticism at all. ___________________ In one (German) sentence: Super! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche!

La maison est très accueillante, fonctionnelle, propre et très bien équipée. Sa localisation est géniale et la vue sur mer fort apaisante ! Bref, un vrai bon moment en famille !

Fantastische locatie, helaas niet al te proper.

Dit vakantiehuis bevindt zich in een prachtige locatie: je kijkt aan de achterkant uit op de Atlantische Oceaan. Het is stijlvol ingericht en is vrij ruim. Helaas was er niet al te veel tijd besteed aan de inclusieve schoonmaak: gebruikte koffiefilter in het koffieapparaat, wc met remsporen, etensresten aan de borden in de kast gekoekt, overal haar en stof, zanderige vloeren. Verbijsterend, te meer daar de man die ons rondleidde, claimde dat het huis niet alleen gepoetst maar ook gedesinfecteerd was, zoals de coronamaatregelen vereisten. Een groot minpunt dus.

Haus mit Ausblick

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollen Blick auf den Atlantik und kurzem Zugang zum „Zöllnerpfad“ GR 34. Alles war wie beschrieben und insbesondere der Empfang durch Herrn Le Baut (Verwalter) war sehr nett und Herr Le Baut sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können uns gut vorstellen dieses Haus wieder zu buchen.
