Great house on the beach in Carboneras near the Cabo de Go

Casa Ana is a beautiful house that stands in the village of Carboneras in Almeria. Carboneras is located on the Mediterranean Sea. Casa Ana is a 60 year old beach house that has been modified in 2014 to modern times without losing the original Spanish atmosphere. There are two brand new bathrooms and a new modern well equipped kitchen.
The house is right on the beach. Only a small dirt road separates the front yard of the beach. The house is detached and has a front and rear garden with palms, hibiscus and a big ficus that summer provides enough shade to eat outside during the day.
The house is 220 m and has 2 floors. Downstairs is a kitchen, a dining room and a bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with a fantastic view of the Mediterranean. There is a shed with beach chairs, fishing poles, soccer etc. are.
The house is on the edge of the village and is within walking distance (5 minutes) from the small boulevard, where a few fish restaurants and bars are.

For how many persons
Basically, the house can accommodate 8 persons. Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed.
On the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. There is a second living room with a terrace where you can look out over the sea.
If you still want to nine or ten people come it is possible to use a sofa. A prior reservation.
There are games, books, a bicycle for short trips to the village, a high chair and cot (or self-assemble), washing machine and wifi.
In the house, sheets, towels and beach towels provided. Basically we rent by the week but also ask us an offer for shorter periods.
