Coastal Beach decor throughout this amazing, recently rehabbed, spacious home with everything for your family vacation. Five bedrooms, three baths, sleeps up to fourteen. A jetted hot tub that waterfalls into salt water heated pool with amazing views. It feels as if the Lake is at the pool edge. We have so many amenities, kayaks, paddle board, bikes, outdoor shuffle board indoor converted garage game room, fishing gear, beach gear and more.
No parties or events or parking on the grass. This home is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Please respect them and make no noise outside after 10 pm.

Stayed with six girlfriends - the house was more than enough spacious, which we loved - we aren't used to everyone having their own bed! But the house is so large, with lots of sitting areas and a massive kitchen. Stu was a wonderful host too, extremely responsive. Only thing I rated less than 5 stars was the pool, only because the space was a little small for all seven of us and we couldn't all fit in the hot tub - which was only an issue because the pool is in the shade the majority of the day. Great for summertime visitors, just not as much the November since the temps aren't quite as high. Overall it is a wonderful location!!

The property is amazing, there is much to do in the home. We enjoyed the pool right on the water, kayaks, and paddle boards. The house is fully stocked with everything you need and hosts were communicative. If your plan is to hit the beach, that was the only downfall. I read on the description the distance of beaches but also read some close beaches which there are not, the closest access is about 45 minutes away.

Great house for our two families. Very clean and comes with lots of amenities. Pool and hottub were a little smaller than we envisioned but we all enjoyed and had fun. The extras; paddle board, kyaks and fishing equipment were awesome!

Schell Topia! The AMAZING lake views. This property is on a point with a pie shaped lot with the widest portion of the lot running all across the back of the house on the lake. VERY private...you hardly notice your neighbors. The size of this house also drew us in as many of our guests travel with multiple family members or friends. This house will offer plenty of space, rooms to spread out, ample eating areas and a HUGE open concept kitchen, living and dining area. It was so large it felt like we were rehabbing two normal sized Florida homes. It took us 6 months of work and details to get it up to our standards...but we think you and your family/guests are going to love it. WE DO! Please read our reviews!

Crazy fun water views from the kitchen and bedrooms, 2 wood burning fireplaces, 2 jetted hot tubs (one inside, one outside), double shower in the upstairs Master, open air salt water pool with waterfall, large pool deck for sunbathing (8 Polywood Lounge Beds) and gas grilling, large dock for fishing/kayaking, 60' outdoor shuffleboard deck. Boat dock ideal for great fishing with the lake stocked with large mouth bass and Tilapia since the 1960s. Perfect location to the many white sand beaches - Ft. Myers beach 30 minutes, Sanibel beaches 45 minutes, Captiva beaches 1 hour. Mini Golf, Bowling, Laser Tag and Sun Splash Water park is one mile away.
This house comes with the use of 2 adult kayaks, 1 youth kayak, 1 paddle board, life vests, 2 bicycles, lake fishing gear, an outdoor retro shuffle board court, converted garage game room with Air Hockey, and indoor shuffle board, a second fridge, beach gear, coolers and so much more. Many of our guests are so overwhelmed by the Schell Topia experience that they never leave the house during their vacation!! Hard to believe, but yes it is that awesome!
