Coastal Beach decor throughout this amazing, recently rehabbed, spacious home with everything for your family vacation. Five bedrooms, three baths, sleeps up to fourteen. A jetted hot tub that waterfalls into salt water heated pool with amazing views. It feels as if the Lake is at the pool edge. We have so many amenities, kayaks, paddle board, bikes, outdoor shuffle board indoor converted garage game room, fishing gear, beach gear and more.
No parties or events or parking on the grass. This home is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Please respect them and make no noise outside after 10 pm.

We booked Stu and Cathy’s house for a 4 night stay for our son’s wedding in North Fort Meyers at Aussie Trail Farms. This house was absolutely beautiful! Our favorite part was the pool and spa area and all the floaty toys that were provided. This house had everything we needed from the cooking utensils to the iron to an extra fridge/freezer in the garage. The kitchen was spacious enough to accommodate 10 adults. There were 5 beautiful bedrooms and 3 gorgeous bathrooms. I had unknowingly unplugged the WiFi router on the day of the wedding for all of us girls to plug our hair styling equipment in to. By the next evening, which was Memorial Day, we thought it seemed quite warm in the house. I messaged Stu and had made the comment to some of the girls that we might not get a response since it was a holiday. Right after I spoke, there was a knock at the door. We looked at each other and said “No way.” It was Stu! After some sleuthing, Stu had figured out that the router, which controls the thermostat, had been unplugged. What great service! We would definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Cape Coral.

Stayed with six girlfriends - the house was more than enough spacious, which we loved - we aren't used to everyone having their own bed! But the house is so large, with lots of sitting areas and a massive kitchen. Stu was a wonderful host too, extremely responsive. Only thing I rated less than 5 stars was the pool, only because the space was a little small for all seven of us and we couldn't all fit in the hot tub - which was only an issue because the pool is in the shade the majority of the day. Great for summertime visitors, just not as much the November since the temps aren't quite as high. Overall it is a wonderful location!!

We’re so happy you ladies enjoyed our largest property Schell Topia with five bedrooms and almost 4000 ft.². It is nice when everyone can have their own space. We often get great comments, especially with multiple families that have their own private living quarters away from others. And what is also amazing is the fact that we have a fabulous cleaning team that has the entire property immaculate inside and out. I wish you would’ve mentioned that having all seven of you ladies in the hot tub at one time was important to you prior to booking. The Schell Topia hot tub is a smaller one that best accommodates 3 to 4 people. We have other properties, especially SeaGlass, that can fit 10 to 12 people in the hot tub. The trade-off would be four bedrooms instead of five. Please ask lots of questions next time before booking on what your priorities are and we can help fit you in the best property. I’m sure you noticed that several years ago we extended the pool deck and that all eight Polywood loungers and Adirondack chairs are in the sun. But I agree in the fall sometimes the temperatures can dip, also we had some record breaking low temps across the nation. Even with lower temperatures, we keep the pool heater set between 85 and 87° year-round and we do not charge you extra for the heat. The same week you stayed at Schell Topia we were in Fort Worth Texas in a short term rental when the temps dropped. We rented a property with a pool to enjoy with our grandkids. Of course there were 1 million leaves in the pool and they provided no heater so we ended up not being able to use the pool. It happens. We didn’t ask enough questions! If full sun and heat/humidity are most important to you we recommend next time you consider staying sometime March through September. Our rates will be higher during the hot high season and our lowest rates of the year are mid September through mid November We look forward to you all returning in the future. Great house!

Great house for our two families. Very clean and comes with lots of amenities. Pool and hottub were a little smaller than we envisioned but we all enjoyed and had fun. The extras; paddle board, kyaks and fishing equipment were awesome!

Schell Topia! The AMAZING lake views. This property is on a point with a pie shaped lot with the widest portion of the lot running all across the back of the house on the lake. VERY private...you hardly notice your neighbors. The size of this house also drew us in as many of our guests travel with multiple family members or friends. This house will offer plenty of space, rooms to spread out, ample eating areas and a HUGE open concept kitchen, living and dining area. It was so large it felt like we were rehabbing two normal sized Florida homes. It took us 6 months of work and details to get it up to our standards...but we think you and your family/guests are going to love it. WE DO! Please read our reviews!

Crazy fun water views from the kitchen and bedrooms, 2 wood burning fireplaces, 2 jetted hot tubs (one inside, one outside), double shower in the upstairs Master, open air salt water pool with waterfall, large pool deck for sunbathing (8 Polywood Lounge Beds) and gas grilling, large dock for fishing/kayaking, 60' outdoor shuffleboard deck. Boat dock ideal for great fishing with the lake stocked with large mouth bass and Tilapia since the 1960s. Perfect location to the many white sand beaches - Ft. Myers beach 30 minutes, Sanibel beaches 45 minutes, Captiva beaches 1 hour. Mini Golf, Bowling, Laser Tag and Sun Splash Water park is one mile away.
This house comes with the use of 2 adult kayaks, 1 youth kayak, 1 paddle board, life vests, 2 bicycles, lake fishing gear, an outdoor retro shuffle board court, converted garage game room with Air Hockey, and indoor shuffle board, a second fridge, beach gear, coolers and so much more. Many of our guests are so overwhelmed by the Schell Topia experience that they never leave the house during their vacation!! Hard to believe, but yes it is that awesome!
