Slechte ervaring met een dure onterechte afrekening achteraf
Bij het toekomen was het huisje niet proper. Er waren zaken zoals wifi en vaatwas niet aanwezig die wel vermeld werden op de site.
Gastheer niet gezien bij toekomen of vertrek. doucheputjes liepen niet goed door, WC water spoelde niet goed weg. De accommodatie in de keuken was niet optimaal o.a. de oven werkte niet zoals het moest, inventaris klopte niet met het aanwezig service. Eenmaal bij het naar huiskeren een gepeperde rekening gekregen voor een zetel die niet door ons kapot was gegaan maar ons wel werd aangerekend. de zetel vertoonde zich al in een gammele staat vooraf. We voelen ons bedrogen en opgelicht.

Je suis surprise de vos propos, nous nous tenons à disposition de nos locataires en cas de besoin d'ailleurs vous nous avez solliciter pour avoir plus de bois pour l'insert que vous avez eu dans l'heure, si vous ne saviez pas faire marcher une gazinière et où si vous aviez un problème d'évacuation je suppose que vous m'auriez solliciter de la même façon, concernant le canapé il a été cassé par vous ou vos invités j'accepte les fêtes le nettoyage du vomis à divers endroits dans le gîte mais je n'accepte pas les dégradations, j'ai du recommander un canapé et j'ai un délai je suis donc embêtée pour mes futures locations, concernant le WiFi il est bien indiqué dans l'annonce qu'il n'y pas de connexion internet, et que l'arrivée et le départ sont autonomes je croise cependant souvent mes locataires habitant la maison d'à côté
Je suis désolée que vous soyez mécontent du paiment du canapé mais la caution est utilisée lors d'une dégradation,
