Property was a good size but tired looking. Location was good and Rachid was very helpful securing us parking and taking us to the riad as well as collecting us at the end.

La maison est typique et correspondait à nos attentes. Très bon rapport qualité prix ! Nous avons vécu au rythme de la médina durant 4 nuits avec nos enfants.L hōte est parfait, il commande à votre demande le taxi pour votre arrivée. Son représentant sur place est extraordinaire. Rachid gère tout d une main de maître. Il peut organiser votre séjour de A àZ .Nous avons profité de ses services pour des visites et sorties avec des guides locaux parfaits.Toujours avec Rachid, nous avions nos petits déjeuners et certains repas marocains faits par une cuisinière. fabuleuse , la voisine Hayes. Rachid a été aux petits soins pour nous. Belle expérience ! Adresse et contact à partager pour un séjour dépaysant.

Froid en hiver

Dar Martin est une jolie maison à cour bien située dans la médina. Rue calme et proximité des rues principales tout de même. Nous avions retenu cette location car, y allant pour les vacances de fin d'année, il était indiqué qu'elle possédait un chauffage. Malheureusement ce ne fut pas le cas. pour des raisons de voisinage, les climatiseurs étaient indisponibles et de toute façon, il n'y en avait que dans les chambres. Donc, la température dans le séjour ouvert sur l'extérieur malgré un simple parapluie n'a jamais dépassé 16 degrés. Bon pour la Planète, mais frisquet pour les occupants qui ont terminé le séjour avec rhume ou bronchite, malgré un chauffage d'appoint fourni par Rachid sous la forme d'une sorte de gros grille-pain qui chauffait ce qui était à moins de deux mètres ! Nous avons donc dû nous coucher tôt pour avoir moins froid sous les couches de couverture à disposition. Le sommier d'une des chambre était attaché à son cadre par des ficelles et n'a pas résisté dès que je m'y suis assis. Dans la seconde chambre de l'étage, la télé ne fonctionnait pas . Le débit de la salle d'eau principal est trop faible pour que l'eau atteigne le pommeau fixe d'où une douche en position semi assis ! Par contre la cuisine est bien équipée, la maison est bien décorée, la terrasse est la bien venue pour se chauffer au soleil d'hiver. Rachid le gestionnaire local est toujours à disposition pour rendre service. Si la clim est réparée, le séjour printemps /été doit être agréable.

Bellissima la casa, ma arrivarci a piedi con le valigie un po scomodo.

Il dar (casa tipo riad) è tradizionale, bella spaziosa negli spazi comuni come nelle stanze, i bagni un po' angusti. Trovarsi con il referente è stato un po' complicato, la colazione a pagamento abbastanza soddisfacente, da specificare se salata o dolce; il primo mattino infatti solo uova sode zuppe di ceci ecc. un disastro per chi mangia solo dolce.

EXCEPTIONNEL AU COEUR DE LA MÉDINA

Il y a, dans la vie, des voyages qui se passent merveilleusement bien....ce séjour en fait partie et cen'est pas un hasard. Dès notre arrivée OUSTAD à mis toute son énergie et ses compétences pour nous instruire et nous conseiller sur les US et coutumes de cette ville somptueuse. FATIMA et sa fille nous ont concocté un petit déjeuner et un couscous GRANDIOSES....dignes des meilleurs restaurants de Fès. On aimerait garder cette adresse pour la partager juste entre amis....mais le propriétaire du RIAD à mis tant de coeur à rendre cet endroit somptueux qu'il ne serait pas respectueux pour sa personne de passer sous silence tout cet investissement. Courrez y vite !..., c'est certainement un mirage.....c'est la plus belle des locations de ma longue vie de voyageur.

Très contents de notre séjour et de notre hébergement. Très bon accueil avec Oustad, riad agréable, bien situé, à conseiller. Un grand bravo à Fatima pour sa gentillesse, son sourire et surtout sa cuisine excellente, petit déjeuner, tajine et de délicieux sandwichs pour le départ. Bonne communication avec Christian avant le départ, navettes… conseils.

Mitten in der Altstadt

Grosses, gepflegtes Riad, mit Internet und vielen anderen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Auf Bestellung kocht Fatima ihren wunderbaren Couscous, sehr (!!!) zu empfehlen und tausendmal besser als das Essen aus dem Restaurant. Oustadh war immer zur Stelle für Fragen oder Anliegen, ein grosses Dankeschön an Fatima, Oustadh und natürlich auch für den Besitzer des Riads. Falls wir wieder einmal in Fes sind, kommen wir gerne wieder!

Beautiful riad in the heart of the Medina

A dark alley and unassuming door lead to a beautiful roomy house. An inner courtyard has a large dining table as it's centrepiece, and from this there is a door to a downstairs bedroom, an open kitchen with good functioning amenities including a dishwasher and washing machine, and a comfortable lounge. Steep stairs lead to the second level with two bedrooms overlooking the courtyard, and further stairs lead to a roof terrace with good views over the Medina. The house stays cool when it is hot outside, and there is air conditioning in the bedrooms. Wi-fi is good. Lighting could have been better, but perhaps that was because some of the bulbs were out, and there needs to be more wardrobe space - minor niggles. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would recommend it to others

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of the medina! The must stay place in Fed!

Huge, fully equipped house in the Medina with a gorgeous view from the rooftop terrace. We had the added benefit of having large, delicious home cooked meals prepared for us both nights we were there for a very small price (100 dirhams per person). We would absolutely stay in this house again upon our return to Fes.

Très beau Riad individuel et surtout très bien situé

Ce riad est très bien situé, en plein coeur de la Médina, à 2 pas des lieux à visiter. Très bien aménagé (équipement neuf, complet pour 6 personnes) avec 3 chambres bien indépendantes dont une au RDC. Endroit aussi très calme et surtout proche de tous les lieux à visiter. Pour finir, le tarif pour 6 personnes est aussi très attractif. De plus l'accueil de l'agent immobilier qui gère ce Riad pour le compte des propriétaires a été exemplaire (présence exemplaire aux moments nécessaires et au juste niveau, forte réactivité sur un petit problème).
