Charentaise family house built in 1900, I have known it since childhood. It was the family home for everyone around us. Then it became a family restaurant for 25 years. Today, for 2 years we have renovated it up to date to make you share the soul of this childhood home. It is divided into 2 parts separated by a large games room, a main house with 8 beds, and an outbuilding with 4 beds overlooking the pool. A summer kitchen and its terrace will give you memories of an unforgettable evening.
Main house sleeps 8 min:
On the ground floor, you will have a large family lounge with period fireplace, a dining room (12 people), a kitchen, a master bedroom (160 bed) with bathroom, wc, laundry room, a library which will delight readers,
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and 4 beds of 90 cm), shower room and wc,

Outbuilding 4 sleeps Min:
Kitchen near the swimming pool fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker and a Senseo, open to living room with sitting area and television, wifi, dining room and its terrace overlooking the pool. Barbecue, deckchair.
2 bedrooms: 160 x 200 bed with bathroom and walk-in shower, sink.
Another with 160 x 200 cm bed and 90 x 200 cm bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and sink.

Games room between the two Houses:
Nice games room with ping-pong table, table football, and relaxation area with various games. The fenced garden is equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.

Cycle track at the end of the street which will lead you to Ronce les Bains and to all our magnificent beaches) We provide a few bikes (1 child and 2 adults) free of charge.
