Om det är länge sedan du senast besökte havet kan du inte gå fel med den här lilla lilla stugan. För priset på en lägenhet, kommer du att njuta av privatlivet i din egen stuga två kvarter från den lyxiga, 12 000 kvadratmeter stora Seacrest Lagoon Pool. Ligger på gångavstånd från den vackra vita sandstranden med smaragdvattnet i viken. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar en bekväm pendelservice med stopp tvärs över gatan.

Efter en lång dag på stranden eller poolen kan du njuta av en god måltid på en av de utmärkta restaurangerna i området eller förbered dig själv på grillen utanför eller det välutrustade köket. Absolutely loved our stay at Seacrest Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful white sand and turquoise water. The house itself was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and family-friendly, with easy access to the beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful beach retreat!

Perfect Place!

This is our 2nd time stay at this property because we absolutely loved it the first time. We love it still! It was perfect for our little family the first time, and perfect for our romantic getaway this time too. The house is decorated so well and has everything you need. The location is the very best spot! Seacrest beach is just a walk away. The sunsets are incredible. You are also in the best spot to walk both to Rosemary and to Alys. We've never had any noise issues around us or anything like that, super sweet community. The people who work for the community are all so friendly. Tina who manages this booking is the very best, and the owners are fantastic too. We just love this area of 30a. Perfect getaway!

What a wonderful property! Just as described. Loved the convenience of having the bikes, beach supplies, and restaurants really close. The pool was fantastic and big! Loved the bar to grab a drink and café at poolside if you need to grab a snack for the kids. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great Beach House

This was our first time at 30a but booked this Beach house bc of the great reviews and amenities and wow it didn’t disappoint. This beach house was perfect. It was clean, cool and had so much to do. We played Clue one night from the game drawer, rode bikes, used the pool which was never busy for us, went to Rosemary and Alys Beach multiple times to eat and shop, this house was conveniently located between the two. But we also loved staying close in Seacrest with great dining and the market and live music every night. The beach was so close and we were able to use the beach chairs and umbrella provided by the owners. Overall it was the perfect getaway for us with teenage boys and made for a great family vacation.

Family Beach Trip

We loved this house! The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The tram is very convenient and everything is also within walking distance. Close to entertainment, restaurants, beach etc. We would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be a full length mirror for those who like to check their outfit before leaving. Otherwise, everything was wonderful!

The perfect place

We had an amazing time on 30A. The little beach house rated a 10. Tina answered all questions and she was so informative. Check in and out was so easy. The house had comfortable beds, super soft sheets, nice high end towels plus the added extras. of a bottle of wine and oreosas

So clean, nice quiet location, close to everything!

This home was so beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless upon arrival! The owners thought of everything, and it was stocked with so many great additions. We were able to make the majority of our meals at the house and go out for a few specials meals/treats. Having the bikes available for use was awesome! We used them every day and could easily explore Seacrest Beach and the nearby towns. The area is very bike friendly.The beach access is so easy to get to, and it is the MOST beautiful beach we’ve ever seen. Pure white sugar sand with super clean aqua blue water. The beach chairs and umbrella that came with the house were perfect! So comfortable and easy to transport and clean.A big thing we noticed was how safe we felt here. The security team was very present and we always knew they would be driving through the area and keeping tabs on everything. They did a great job, especially during a Spring Break week. Thank you for a wonderful stay- we have such great memories from this week. Our kids said it was the best Spring Break ever!

Ideal location - first visit to 30A!

We stayed at this property for two weeks in October and it was truly wonderful - we highly recommend it. This is a safe neighborhood and very nice cottage. October is a great time to visit, low crowds and beautiful weather. We enjoyed riding bikes, going to the community pool, and daily walks on the Alys Beach Nature Trail. Every day we went to the beach for sunrise and sunset. We rented a car and traveled all of 30A as well as Destin and Panama City Beach. Our favorite places in the area were Prema Organic Cafe, Lotus Cafe & Juice Bar At Zen Garden, Raw & Juicy, For The Health Of It (Health Food Store), Lola’s on 30A Boutique, Cerulean Park, St. Andrews State Park, and Henderson Beach State Park.

We are Tom & Tonya Fisher. We live in Kentucky, with that said you can see why we absolutely love 30A. It is like a piece of heaven to our family. We visit Long Time No Sea at least every other month. We wish that we never had to leave. We are avid bike riders, that is why we are providing bikes for your family to come & enjoy the bike trails. We are very excited about Seacrest Beach. We love every inch of it, love to cycle to the HUB. There are so many events on 30A. It's enough to keep you busy your entire stay.

This home is the perfect location, the perfect size, for our family and yours to make beach memories, lifetime memories. We love having the lawn area, extra-large parking area. Three full baths to give every one of us time for getting ready for those daytime & evening excursions. We could not have found a better home to call our beach home. We know that you will enjoy it also. The Seacrest pool is just out of this world with some crazy food. At 12,000 sq ft. I am sure that you have never experienced anything like it.

Our beach cottage home away from home is open & spacious. It has windows that flood in light and make the home feel larger than the actual size. We have a deeded beach area. Beach umbrellas & chairs may be rented. You may also feel free to take the chairs that we leave for ourselves and our guest in the second bedroom closet. You can catch the tram to the beach, walk or ride the bikes/provided. We are close to all of the amazing restaurants, fun eateries along 30A. We are 20 mins from Panama City & Pier Park for amazing shopping. 20 Mins from Destin & the Sandestin Outlet Mall for more amazing shopping, the Commons mall. How about Baytowne for all of the festivals, nightlife. Just come and enjoy the Beaches of 30A/Destin, you will be so glad that you did. Better yet make Long Time No Sea your yearly vacation home, we would love to share it with you.
