Great location for any Clemson University activities. The host was very friendly. The host went above and beyond with all essentials (toilet paper, trash bags), snacks, beverages, games, and coffee. Plenty of seating. Comfortable beds. Definitely looking to book again.

Cute, spacious, and clean.A great off campus place for a family of 4 or 5, with just a out everything you'd need. So many little touches like sodas and water made it very pleasant to stay.

Perfect location close to Clemson’s campus. Looks exactly like the pictures and as described. I consider myself to be pretty picky and the house was nice and clean. We ended up getting into the area a little earlier than the check in time, and the host responded to messages very quickly and was able to accommodate a little earlier of a check in time. Our son is just starting his freshman year at Clemson from out of state and I would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay. Everything was clean and exactly as described. Check in was easy and check out was even easier. Our history even left coffee and breakfast bars and a fridge full of drinks.

Extremely homey feel, in a perfect quiet area. House was equipped for children and big families. Was perfect for our group for the weekend. If we come back to this area we will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay at Keith and Jennifer’s place. We were in town for camp at Clemson and it was the perfect location for commuting each day. Less than a ten minute drive to Littlejohn. The place was clean and met all of our needs for the week. The only thing to note is there are no ceiling fans in the two guest rooms. It got stuffy at night so we purchased box fans and were good after that. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location, the home very welcoming and comfortable. The hosts had cold had cold drinks waiting for us upon our arrival as well as informaion about the area. Check in and check out was very.simple. Would definitely stay here again.

We were visiting Clemson for our daughter's ring ceremony and couldn't have asked for a better rental! It was conveniently located near campus in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property was very clean; the game closet was a big hit; and everyone had plenty of space. It was much more enjoyable than a hotel room. The hosts were excellent! They were easy to reach, and were very accommodating with our last minute travel changes. We will definitely be back.

My wife Jennifer and I have 2 kids. We have been married for 23 years and this is the home we lived in for most of those years. We are excited to share our house with you!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

You will enjoy the quiet neighborhood while you are in the house but realize you are close to Clemson University if you are in town for an event or seminar there. Also right on the county line between Oconee, Pickens and Anderson counties so great access to any event you may be attending in one of these places.

We truly want out place to feel like home to you while you are here. There are probably a few scuff marks on the wall that maybe my kids put there or someone else’s did when they were visiting. It isn't going to be perfect. But see we have tried to make our place as affordable as we can to as many people as we can coming to the Clemson area. I think if you will look at some of the other prices of comparable places in our area you’ll see that. We want our place to be affordable to the family coming to visit their kid at school, to the man who is coming to take a fishing trip with his son, to the nurse or pastor coming to temporarily serve our area, and to anyone and everyone in between.

The number one thing we are told about our place? It felt like home while we were there. That is always our number one goal.

So if completely modern décor is what you need, we may not be the rental for you. But if you are looking for an affordable short term rental that is just a hop, skip and a jump from most places in Upstate South Carolina come stay with us. About 25% of our rentals now are return visitors that have stayed with us before.

This was a good first home for our family and we hope it will be a good short term home for yours!
