Lake House / Clemson Area / Sleeps 10 NOUVEAU PATIO "FIRE PIT"

Une maison de lac confortable sur le lac Hartwell. Fantastique vue sur le lac à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur avec 3 niveaux. Un chalet lofted. Divertissements avec un plan d'étage ouvert. Chambres confortables, grande terrasse «New», cuisine de ferme, salle à manger extérieure, patio couvert, foyer au gaz et aire de jeux pour enfants. Pente doucement à l'eau. Beaucoup de stationnement. Calme, paisible avec une bonne pêche et le canotage. Nouveau foyer et patio.

Lancement public minutes loin. Université de Clemson 15 min en voiture. 30 minutes du centre-ville de Greenville. Toute l'année, chaleur et air. C'est une maison loin de la maison. (2,200 pieds carrés) (Toutes les réservations doivent fournir une preuve d'identité, 25 ans et plus seulement) ne pas fumer. S'il vous plaît dites-moi un peu de vous et de vos invités lorsque vous recherchez la disponibilité.

Il y a un quai pour pêcher. Si vous souhaitez louer un bateau, appelez The Big Water Marina ou la marina de Clemson.

Nous avons une longue allée et au moins 3 places de stationnement pour les voitures. Vous pouvez vous garer sur notre gazon. S'il vous plaît ne pas garer dans l'allée des voisins.

Il y a 10 chaises en plastique Adirondack pour le foyer. Nous avons quelques flotteurs en plastique, mais s'il vous plaît apporter le vôtre. En outre, il n'y a que 2 gilets de sauvetage pour adultes. L'eau est au moins 15ft. Profond au quai.

Beautiful, Comfortable home. Perfect for our family from out-of-state to visit our Clemson kiddos. Very well equipped kitchen and our family very much enjoyed the fire pit area. Home was very clean and communication with host was wonderful.

Family time before college!

We had a great time. Spent a few days here relaxing as a family before dropping off my oldest son for his freshman year at Clemson. Would definitely stay again.

Fabulous for family time!

The property is beautiful!! The well stocked linens and comfy beds were a delight! The cozy couch was great for all 6 of us to hang out together. The beautiful view of the lake from the multiple places to sit on the backside of the house made to stay so peaceful. Communication with the property manager was quick and minimal. A fabulous stay!.

Great place to stay - close to Clemson

Stayed at this home for 3 nights as we attended orientation at Clemson for our youngest. Nice quiet cove - perfect for paddle boarding or kayaking. Host was very accommodating. Loved our time on the porches and the ability to be on the lake and so close to Clemson. Would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home on Lake Hartwell

This is a little piece of heaven. The house is decorated impecable, the outside balconies, fire pit and dock to the water are gorgeous. We kayaked and swam several times during our stay and absolutely loved every minute. The property feels like you are in a wooded retreat but really very close to get to town.

Beautiful home on Lake Hartwell!

We had a fabulous time at this beautifully updated home. It was so peaceful and right on the lake. We enjoyed floating in the lake and kayaking. It was just a short drive to the restaurants and shops we wanted to visit. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Brenda, I am sorry you felt we accused you of the the items that were broken. There was broken glass on the bathroom floor, which I believe your husband said was an accident. I thought there was a thoughtful exchange as to what had happened and no security costs were deducted. Not sure any of our guests have to take pictures, they’ll just have to communicate they were broken when they arrived, which was not followed by our house rules.

Girls Trip - College Roommate Reunion

This property is absolutely beautiful! Me and my girls had the best time visiting around the fire pit and remembering the good ole Clemson days! Denise and Brad are wonderful people and maintain a clean and comfortable home. It truly was the perfect place for our reunion- we haven’t all been together in 25 years!!! Will rent this home every time!!!

Clemson Graduation Week

The property was beautiful and perfect for my family. We were visiting prior to the graduation ceremonies and wanted somewhere to relax and spend time with the Clemson graduate. We had plenty of space and the house was immaculate. The host was extremely responsive to the few questions I had throughout our stay. I definitely will return!

Clemson Move-in Trip

Two couples and our freshman boys stayed at the house. Plenty of room inside and out. The kitchen/living area is open and relaxing. There is a spiral staircase leading downstairs. You could also access downstairs by back door. Beds comfortable. We enjoyed the mornings on the back patio watching hummingbirds and the lake action. Evening storms rolled in and we watched the lightning show. Denise was great about checking in with us and answering any questions we had in a timely fashion. Overall, we hope to get back to this gem of a home!!
