About Bonnie Branson
Gray Fox was completed in October 2018 by Kevin & Krissa Perry. We came up with the name after walking the property one afternoon and spotting a Gray Fox running the Creek on the property. We both grew up around the Paris, TX area in small towns. We both graduated Paris Junior College with Associates Degree in Nursing. We have had a vacation home in Hochatown since 2007 and have been coming to Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake area for many years prior. We have worked in the Healthcare Industry since 1992 and owned our own business since 1994. Healthcare being our primary business we have also worked in commercial and residential real estate since 2001 and a retail business since 2014. We have had the privilege of having spent a lot of quality time with our family and friends and have made some great memories in Hochatown over the years. One particular was watching our son and his friends grow up there spending many days on the lake and in the woods. With the recent growth we have seen in the area there are so many more things to enjoy, but not to many beat spending the day on the lake or a hike through the woods then ending it sitting around a campfire making smores and telling stories. Hochatown and the lake area is such a family-oriented place where you can spend time unwinding, and reconnecting. Having owned our own business, we really needed a place to go to de stress and just get away. There were even times when we were hesitant in going to the Cabin but as soon as we pulled into our drive it was an instant relief and could almost feel the weight lifted off our shoulders. My wife and I would always look at each other and at the same time and say, “I’m glad we came”. We have had the privilege of traveling to many places around the world and we always enjoy coming back to our cabin in the woods in Hocahatown OK and living the HochaLife!

Very Nice Property!
Everything was great!
Great place...highly recommended!
It was a wonderful home! Layout was great. Amenities provided was really neat. We played corn hole and built a fire every night. We will come back to this area and stay in this very house again.
First Class in Every Respect
The pictures, good though they are, don't convey how lovely this home is. Besides the great floor plan, the excellent quality of appliances, fixtures, furniture, decorations, the amenities include a wonderful hot tub, that was warmed up and ready for us on our arrival, a gas fire pit on the back porch with comfy chairs, a wood burning fire pit with supplied fire wood, large Samsung TV's in the living and bed rooms, large showers with multiple shower heads....And, there were two bottles of good wines (one white one red) waiting for us. We will be back.
The cabin was awesome! We enjoyed our stay and the amenities. The back porch was one of my favorite spots. Great to have the outdoor fire early in the morning when there's still a chill. Both en suites were great. We stayed in one and the kids in the other. Very spacious. Lots of room in the living area. Great table for games and meals. Beautiful kitchen! We all enjoyed the hot tub. Beautiful decor. Relaxing atmosphere. Felt safe during the pandemic - great to not have to check in through a hotel lobby. Staff very responsive to our questions during this time too.
