Superb apartment of 52 m², with 5m² of balcony, south-east exposure, magnificent view of the sea and the most beautiful beach of Perros-Guirec, Trestraou.
Located in a small, very quiet residence of 12 apartments, you will be 100m walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and crêperies, cinema, mini-golf, tennis, pier for the 7 islands and Bréhat, sailing school and Thalasso. For hikers, departure from the customs path at 50 m.
Very clear, very sunny accommodation, refurbished and fully equipped
A bedroom with 1 double bed
A second bed in a very comfortable Dunlopillo sofa bed
Separate WC, shower room, washing machine, very large closet, WIFI, large flat screen TV with satellite channels, German and British, DVD player, on the balcony, well exposed, enjoy breakfast furniture and lounge chairs.

Amazing apartment

Lovely apartment with all you need, a spectacular view of the beach and within a few minutes walk of the beach and restaurants /bars. Clean apartment, great balcony and friendly hosts. Already thinking about coming back!

Relax and enjoy the pink granite

Great place to relax Even with changeable weather we had breakfast on the balcony and spent much time there. The rest of our time was two days on the Customs trail. We enjoyed the time off our bikes in the middle of a 6 week tour. Nice safe place to store our bikes.

un cadre ideal

appartement exposé sud est,très belle vue sur la plage , la baie et la promenade. tout confort, rien ne manque, séjour spacieux, chambre un peu exiguë mais suffisante. excellent accueil par les propriétaires. accès facile à la plage par un sentier et un escalier( ne convient toutefois pas aux personnes handicapées à cet égard).excellente situation au départ du sentier des douaniers, et multiples centres d’intérêt dans les environs. Un séjour parfait!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Der Balkon lädt zum draußen frühstücken ein, schaut auf den Strand und auf einen hübschen Garten, wo zahlreiche Vögel singen. Es gibt zu Fuß, die Möglichkeiten zum Strand mit den Lokalen und Restaurants zu spazieren, eine Bootstour zu den 7 Inseln zu unternehmen, oder den Wanderweg zum rosa Granit zu nehmen (Sentier des douaniers).
