For shopping, several supermarkets are located 5 minutes by car (Intermarché, Lidl).

The accommodation is located 1 km from the port of Perros-Guirec, its many shops, restaurants and a shop where you can rent bikes or Vespa scooters.

Near :
- The famous Trestraou beach in Perros-Guirec, home to the casino, several bars, the grand hotel, a night market and various entertainment (minigolf, tennis, surfing ...) is only 5-7 minutes by car. You can take the boat there for an excursion to the 7 islands. A walk on the customs path will take you to the natural reserve of birds. 

- Ploumanach (favorite village of the French), its lighthouse, its customs trail, oratory of St Guirec.
- Trégastel: Its beaches, its white or pink strike. Its aquarium.
- Pleumeur Bodou: The Gallic village and the city of telecoms.
- Trébeurden: The covered alley of Île Millau, the Quellen marsh. The beaches of Tresmeur or pors mabo
