The apart/ hotel and staff are lovely. The location is steps from Mamilla. The apartment is modern and well appointed. My one and only complaint is that Hotels. Com charged almost double the hotel rate to book directly which I discovered after checking in. I've used the app for more than 15 years. This is really unacceptable. I have no idea how this gets rectified, but I'm a bit upset. The hotel was also surprised, and has offered a discount in the future which I greatly appreciate because it was perfect. A much better situation when traveling with older kids much too big for the pull out. Public Parking was easy and close by too..
Perfectly located so that you can get on and off the tram, next to the large Jewish market area, shops, bakeries and many busses on Agrippa Street. The neighbors are noisy but that is something you have no control over. The television was excellent with many streaming possibilities. The renting company was easy to contact and very helpful in all cases. Since the apartment is so close to the tram, that tram becomes your main way of transportation. I would definitely stay here again.
We started our first morning with cold showers and no heat in the apartment. It would have been appreciated if there were clear instructions written along with the other welcome information sitting on the counter, that we were supposed to turn on shower heater several hours before we wanted to shower. Same with the heat. Instructions were vague and videos were outdated with equipment that no longer exists in this apartment. We finally got a very nice, helpful person to explain to us how to turn on the shower heaters and room heaters, via WhatsApp. Please save your future guests the trouble of learning by freezing first.Clear instructions written and left on the counter would prevent any cold mishaps.
It is a very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms (queen size bed in each) and a twin bed in living room. 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen. Small balcony on second floor that we used is sunny in afternoons. Convenient to market and restaurants by walking. Washer but no dryer.
This suite lies in a busy area, so there is enough to do in the neighbourhood. The communication in advance worked very well, they contacted us on the day we arrived and gave us all the necessary information. The suite is nice with a good bed and all other things you need for a short stay. We loved to sit on the balcony.
