The chalet with a cozy interior and neat services, is located just minutes from Coches. Away from the bustling center of the resort, you will enjoy the tranquility that reigns before exceptional unobstructed view offered by Mont Blanc. The property can accommodate up to 14 people. With family or friends, discover the pleasures of the mountain, relax around a roaring fire in a warm atmosphere or enjoy a relaxing moment in the hot tub (open year round summer and winter).

Rental from Saturday to Saturday. For any other day of departure / arrival, contact us to see availability and pricing conditions.


Location:
The chalet is located 400m from the slopes, in winter when the road is snowy we can put the skis to 3 minutes walk from the chalet and go skiing to the slopes (the road is false downhill). The return to ski near the chalet is possible: a path from the track Les Coches and through the forest down to the cottage.
The chalet is situated 800m from the center of the resort Les Coches and shops.
There are 3 parking spaces for your vehicles at the cottage.

Really nice chalet

The chalet has everything and more you can wish for during a stay, plenty of everything is available. The rooms and beds are comfortable, the living room has a really nice fire place, the jacuzzi is lovely and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is on the outside of the village and thus many things by car, but positive is the quietness. We can recommend and hope to come back

Lovely chalet in a fabulous location

We had a wonderful week's ski holiday staying in Chantel and Caroline's chalet. The chalet is very spacious with great facilities, especially the hot tub. The location is fantastic, quiet and away from other properties with amazing views. A little bit of a walk to the piste, which was further for us due to the spring conditions but only a few minutes drive down to the village where there was plenty of free parking.

Super séjour entre amis

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans le chalet les Buses. Nous avons manqué de rien il est très bien équipé. Le jacuzzi avec la vue sur le mont blanc est vraiment un plus et cette vue dégagée très agréable et ressourçant. Caroline et Stephane sont très disponibles et arrangeant. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Un grand merci.

Un jardin à la montagne.

Nous avons profité du jardin, de la terrasse et d’une vue magnifique sur la vallée de la Tarentaise. Les balades et activités proches du chalet sont multiples et superbes. le chalet est hyper equipé et très confortable, à l’abri de tout. Magnifique.

Tres chouette chalet, vue magnifique, calme garanti

Randonnées, sport en eaux vives, repos, calme au rendez vous pour des vacances réussies en famille. Chouette chalet avec beaucoup de lits (bonne literie ) mais à plus de 8 personnes, les communs deviennent étroits. Parfait pour 4 couples. Le chalet correspond bien à la description et aux photos. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Séjour au calme

Le chalet est idéalement situé au calme ave une vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc. L'infrastructure du chalet est parfaite avec un local à ski. Seul Bémol l'accès à la piste Les coches à pieds un peu long avec des enfants. Retour skis aux pieds ok si enneigement suffisant ce qui a été le cas pour nous mais la piste Les coches (Rouge) non préparée. Bilan positif, beau chalet au calme, on a eu la visite de qqs Chevreuil. Vue sur le Mont Blanc depuis le jacuzzi appréciable.

Very nice chalet in a wonderful location, and very friendly and helpful hosts. Response to e-mails could be a bit quicker (although I am bad at that as well), and the description on the site could have mentioned the extra cost of the linen and the security deposit. Those two small remarks do not change the fact that the hosts were very friendly and helpful, and that the chalet was amazing and in a very nice location. Would definitely book again!

Le chalet est à la fois très pratique pour le ski (10 mn de marche le matin, retour skis aux pieds), très proche du village, et en pleine nature, un équilibre parfait et une tranquillité absolue. Nous espérons revenir bientôt !

Great chalet at Les Coches

The chalet is very cozy, exactly what we were looking for. Nice fire place and hot tub and great views over the valley and the mountains. Not ski-in/ski-out, but easy to get to/from the slopes in a few minutes of walking or skiing on the road. Everything as described in the listing / on the website.

Nous recherchions du CALME , de la BEAUTE , du dépaysement . Homely chalet with excellent hot tub

We stayed in the chalet for 1 week in January. There was a group of 8 of us friends from the UK. The chalet had everything needed for a self-catered week away. It was a lovely homely place, with comfy lounge areas, excellent dining/kitchen area, heated room downstairs for all ski stuff and of course the 5 star hot tub. It is at the end of a road up the hill, so feels very secluded. Views were spectacular. We didn't have a car (got private transfer from the airport), but managed fine as the centre of les coches (the small village we were in) was a 15min walk down the hill. We did hire a locker in les coches so we didn't have to take our skis up the hill. This is where the cable car lifts went from, and all the ski shops were. There are a couple of nice restaurants in les coches to eat out in, but we particularly enjoyed self catering using the local spar and boulangerie. Would thoroughly recommend as a place to stay, was perfect for the 8 of us.

Prachtige huis met een geweldig uitzicht!

Het huis ligt wel wat afgelegen maar als je van rust houdt is het geweldig. Een heel compleet ingericht huis. Geweldige pizza oven en heerlijk bubbelbad. Door de goede sneeuw konden wij terug skiën tot aan het huis. Via een lastig te vinden bospaadje kwamen we boven het huis uit. Zeker een aanrader dit huis.
