This Savoyard house from the 18th Century, completely renovated with antique frameworks and old wood, offers high standard amenities. It is located in Villaret in a well exposed portion of the village of Peisey Nancroix, in the heart of the ski domain of Pardiski. It is 3 minutes away by foot from Peisey télévillage, which will take you for free at the foot of the slopes of the family ski resort in Peisey Vallandry. However, if you love wide spaces, you can chose between the chair lift that will take you to Les Arcs ski resort or the cable car of Paradiski that will drop you off in La Plange ski station. The ski school for your children is at the televillage.
Private parking spaces, carefully decorated combining the charm of old wood and modern materials in contemporary spaces. Beautiful amenities and a very friendly atmosphere guaranteed.
There is 3 storey house with 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (one of which with 4 sleeps arrangements), vast living room and lounge with fireplace and a private courtyard.
There is a personalized reception by a hostess (she speaks French and English).
The ski stations can be accessed by foot without the need to take a car: Peisey Vallandry, Les Arcs, La Plagne

Très bon séjour

Mr et Mme Lecoindre sont très accueillant. Le chalet est magnifique et très bien équipé. Parfait pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. La liaison vers peisey vallandry est à quelques pas. À recommander sans problème.

Impressionnant !

Sejour à 2 familles, 10 personnes au total dans cet immense et très beau chalet. Acceuil des propriétaires avenant. Le confort est parfait, la déco nickel, la vue sur la vallée tres belle, le coin est calme. Le village est sympa, les commerces aussi, sauf peut etre la boulangerie... Pour acceder aux pistes, direction le televillage ( tout près) qui monte au départ de vanoise express et au telesiege de peisey. Et c'est la le seul bémol de notre sejour, le Tsd 6 places au départ de plan peisey est surbondé quand on cumule l'arrivée d'une benne de vanoise express (180 personnes) , le flux des skieur et le départ des cours de ski des minots. Nos enfants avaient cours de ski l'après-midi, on faisait en sus la queue pour redescendre au village par le televillage le soir. Bref, vous venez l'été ou vous n'avez pas d'horaires de cours de ski à respecter, ce chalet est pour vous: un rêve! Sinon, on peut trouver plus pratique... Gros point positif aussi, la location du dimanche au dimanche, ou comment éviter les bouchons.

C'est encore mieux en VRAI !!

Nous avons passé une semaine tres agreable au chalet les Marmottes. Nous avions choisi cette location, car elle repondait a nos criteres : - Un grand chalet, avec une grande cheminée, decoré avec gout, dans un petit village typique de montagne, pas loin des pistes, fromager/boucher/boulanger a proximité. Nous n'avons pas ete decus par la deco*****, contemporaine et chaleureuse, l'espace de vie avec salon, cuisine, salle a manger et balcon est ideal pour se retrouver apres le ski, sans se gener. Les proprietaires nous on acceuillis eux meme, un dimanche de Paques, les 2 cheminées allumées...le chalet etait tres propre, le linge de lit de bonne qualité. Il ne manque qu'un petit trolley pour aller faire les courses, car le village etant séparé en deux parties, il faut environ 10 minutes pour se rendre a la superette et revenir ensuite chargé (bouteilles d'eau, lait, vin...) Raclettes, fondues, pot au feu... nous nous sommes regalés ;) Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre ballade au fond de la vallée, mais nous sommes arrivés un peu trop tard.... ca serait vraiment super d'avoir plus d'informations au chalet, si possible avec des plans de l'endroit, les horraires des bus, les numero de taxi, les livreurs a domicile, le lieu pour jeter les poubelles, quelques conseils personnels des proprietaires qui nous aurait mieux guidé, car nous sommes etrangers. Cela n'a aucunement gacher notre sejour, c'est juste une suggestion ;) Bref je recommande vivement ce chalet, mais attention, vous risquez de ne plus vouloir rentrer chez vous !! Merci encore a Patrick et Frederique de nous permettre de telles vacances !!

Beautiful traditional chalet

The chalet was exactly as it appears in the photos. Beautifully decorated, warm, cosy, and very sociable in layout. Peisey is a perfect village to stay in if you don't fancy the usual ski resort experience...its a real village in the alps, and you can be on the slopes in minutes. Patrick was super helpful throughout, we'll be going back!

Beautiful chalet in a great location

We have just returned from a week in Chalet Marmottes. The chalet looked lovely in the photographs but in reality is much more impressive. We were a party of 10 and there was plenty of room for us to relax around the fire after a busy day. It is situated a five minute walk from the bucket lift which takes you straight up to the Piessey lift and straight to the slopes. It is also ideally placed for the Vanoise Express cable car to La Plagne. There are local shops about a 10 minute walk away which include a Chesse shop, a butchers, a bakers and a small Sherpa. There are several restaurants to choose from in Vallandry I would not hesitate to recommend this chalet to my friends.

Chalet de rêve

Nous rentrons d'une semaine de rêve dans ce si joli chalet rénové avec énormément de goût, digne des magazines de décoration. Il est spacieux, confortable, chaleureux et très bien pensé. Idéalement situé à 5mns à pied du télévillage pour rejoindre le départ des pistes à Plan Peisey. Commerçants de qualité au centre du village à 10mns à pied. Les propriétaires adorables et très accueillants.

Superbe chalet!!!

Nous avons passé des congés très agréables dans un super chalet. Il est confortable, spacieux et aménagé avec du vieux matériel et beaucoup de goût. C'est un chalet vraiment super sympa et agréable. Il y a tout le confort possible et de haute qualité. Il se trouve à 3 min. à pied du télévillage et à 8 min. à pied du centre du village charmant et authentique et des commerces. Les propriétaires sont très charmants et très chaleureux.

Un chalet agréable ou règne une ambiance cosy. Ideal famille . Juste en bas des pistes de Peisey Vallandry. Petits commerces et restaurants dans le village qui est assez calme. Chemin de balade à 5 min.

This house is above all our family home and it was not designed to be rented. If we do is to help us maintain it and we are very happy to share it so that others can enjoy our comfortable and authentic chalet. My wife, my 3 children and I love skiing. Before this chalet, we renovated another house in a nearby hamlet and we kept it for 18 years. Leaving this valley that we love so much was out of the question; however, we wanted to have better access to ski, and that is the reason why we purchased this new chalet.

Why they chose this property

This chalet is our family home, and this is where we gather with our children and grandchildren. My wife loves decorating, and she decorated in a contemporary-rustic style the inside of the house. We wanted to create a warm, very comfortable environment, where you can feel at home right away. The whole family loves skiing, so we wanted easy access by foot to the slopes without having to take a shuttle service or a vehicle. Our choice was also influenced by the authenticity of the village, which knew very well how to keep the ancestral customs. Its artisans, the butcher who sells extraordinary meat, and the village celebrations were the reasons that made us chose this location. I hope that we will spend a lot of time there once our professional activities are over.

What makes this property unique

I am a veterinarian and my career consumes a lot of my time. However, every time I come back to the chalet, I instantly have a feeling of peace and serenity. It is one of the few places where I can read by the fire, or just stare at the mountain without thinking about time. In the evening, I often look for the newspaper and drink a beer at the bar in the village where I regularly meet with my friends. These moments are privileged, when all that matters is the quality of the snow and tomorrow's weather... Believe me, you will feel it, just all the other visitors have. People that often became our friends.
