About this property

WONDERFUL SUMMERHOUSE

Our summer house is in the center of Fanes village, only 15 minutes walk from the beach of Fanes (or 3 minutes by car) which is ideal for kite surfing funs. Our sitting place in the garden is wonderful for relaxation during both day and night. Finally the kids will love our gargen and having time with other children at the local square!
The house was built by my grandpa in the 30 s and revovated by my father in the 80 s and again before 15 years. Since then we take care of it. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and the bathroom. The garden is accessible through the main entrance and the kitchen door. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double the other with two single beds.

very pleasant stay in a non touristic environment, charming aged home with lots of history, nice garden area, parking space right in front of the house, very easy communication with the host! We loved it!

Sehr griechisches, kleines Domizil...

Alles in allem sehr witziges Häuschen. Prinzipiell ist alles da und funktioniert. Definitiv keine Protzvilla mit Pool und Klimaanlage. Waren zu zweit vor Ort und das hat sehr gut gepasst. Ein Durchgangszimmer mit Doppelbett (bei über 1,90m wird quer genächtigt) und ein Raum mit zwei Einzelbetten. Sanitäre Anlagen mit Prämisse "funktioniert". Zu warnen wäre nur vor der Treppe in Kombination mit kleinen Kindern. Die ist derart steil, dass man ein wenig Angst um den Nachwuchs entwickeln könnte. Ansonsten viel Flair und tatsächlich mit Liebe zum Detail geführt.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Fanes! Man kann alle Punkte der Insel innerhalb kürzester Zeit problemlos erreichen. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.
