I am a lawyer who has lived in Thailand for the last four years. I moved back to be near my parents and to refurbish this flat which is now all done.

Why they chose this property

It had just been built and I loved the design - wooden floors, white walls, modern décor, lots of space. It is also extraordinarily quiet while also being within walking distance of everything central. I thought it was perfect twenty years ago when I bought it and still do now, even more so.

What makes this property unique

Unusually spacious for a London flat. It is central and very quiet. Looks out over a courtyard and beyond that are church gardens [St Stephens in the East] and a few minutes beyond that the Thames. It has just all be redone so could not be looking better. I especially love the wooden floor and wooden tables in the living room.
