Villa Martha is absolutely wonderful. We stayed 8 nights and the location was perfect for taking day trips to Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Volterra is a short drive up the hill and has quaint shops and restaurants. The Villa was stocked with everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable and air conditioning and wifi were excellent. The views are extraordinary from the villa and the pool. We enjoyed cycling around the area as well as renting a Vespa to get us around. We will definitely return.

Location, Location

Nice villa. Very clean. Nice patio with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside. Air conditioning working fine in common areas but doesn’t reach bedrooms. Beds very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. We grilled 5 nights out of 10. Close to grocery stores and the wonderful city of Volterra. We used the villa as a hub to visit Tuscany. We would recommend this rental 100%. Krystina is very helpful !!!

Als erstes muss ich sagen, von frisch renoviert, ist das Haus weit entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war gut und freundlich. Leider hatte man durch das Angebot viel größere Erwartungen, welche bei dem Preis auch gerechtfertigt gewesen wären. Für uns war es insgesamt enttäuschend. Es sieht nicht mehr gut aus, vieles ist defekt oder beschädigt. Alles was andere Urlauber nicht mitgenommen haben liegt verteilt in der Villa in Schubladen und Schränken rum. Überall Spinnweben und Schmutzreste von Vormietern. Es macht den Anschein, dass hier die Kuh gemolken wird ohne viel zu investieren. Schade von uns keine Empfehlung.
