"La Balerie" is a farmhouse that aims to be simple, comfortable and warm.
Located in the heart of this magnificent Bay of Mont Saint Michel, it is ideally placed for easy access to Mont Saint Michel and to discover the picturesque towns of Dinard, Dinan, Cancale, to the moving landing beaches, passing by the city walls from Saint Malo, Fougères, Granville, to the islands of Jersey and Guernsey.
After which, the peaceful calm of "La Balerie" will be an invitation to ask yourself and recharge your batteries.

Rates up to 6 people, all charges included, beds made, kitchen linen provided:

2 nights, 350 €

Beyond 6 people, the price is as indicated + 15 € / night / additional person

Séjour parfait

Marie-Sophie et son époux sont très gentils, disponibles et l'accueil a été parfait. Le gite est top, spacieux, pratique, propre, bien équipé, lits faits à l'arrivée, avec un jardin magnifique et au calme. Le gîte est tres bien situé et à proximité des lieux à visiter. A ce sujet, Marie-Sophie et son époux sont de très bons conseils pour les bonnes adresses. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Beautiful, quiet location; Excellent hosts

We loved the location of the cottage - peaceful countryside, and good for visiting Mont St Michel. Very welcoming and friendly hosts, who gave us helpful local advice. The children also really enjoyed playing in the very large garden.

Emplacement du gîte bien situé.A 5mn du mont saint Michel. Cancale, sanit malo et Dinard a 30mn. Pour les courses une grande zone a 10mn ( Avranches). Cadre très agréable et très calme. Nos hôtes sont très agréable. Je recommande vivement.👍

Absolument génial !

Gîte accueillant, fonctionnel et super agréable ! A distance raisonnable de nombreux sites à visiter. Espace jeux pour les enfants très appréciable, les nôtres ont adoré ! Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et bienveillants. Il ne faut pas hésiter, le gîte vaut qu’on s’y attarde !

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à La Balerie. Un accueil chaleureux, une propreté impeccable, le calme le jour comme la nuit... Cette maison est parfaitement située pour visiter le Mont Saint Michel mais aussi pour se rendre sur les belles plages de sable. Ce logement est idéal pour les familles avec enfants, les chambres sont spacieuses, le jardin comprend des jeux, la proximité avec les animaux (chevaux, vaches, chatons) ont ravi nos enfants! Nous recommandons sincèrement!

Petite semaine au Mont Saint Michel

Beau gîte au coeur de la baie du Mont-Saint-Michel. Le logement est très propre et bien agencé. Nous y sommes allés avec un enfant de 2 ans et mes parents. Parfait pour un coin au calme. Mon fils a adoré les chevaux et le jardin. Encore merci pour l'accueil.

Hemos pasado dos días magnificos en esta casa. Reúne unas condiciones estupendas, limpia, cómoda, tranquila y con una ubicación inmejorable para visitar el Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, Point de Grouin, Cancale. Super gite tout près du Mont Saint Michel

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gite: bien situé (quelques km du Mont Saint Michel et qui permet aussi de rayonner facilement vers Saint Malo, Cancale, voire les plages du débarquement), spacieux, très confortable (literie, canapés,...) et bien équipé (vaisselle, équipement de cuisine, 2 wc et 2 douches, grange en cas de pluie,...). Nos hôtes étaient également accueillant, facilement accessibles et de bon conseils. Bref: nous recommandons ;)

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location. Logement spacieux, bien équipé, joli jardin avec espace et jeux enfants. Coin paisible ! Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles et reste discrets. Dans l'ensemble c'était très bien. Idéalement situé pour visiter le Mont Saint Michel !

Peace and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay in Tanis. The only problems we had we’re the heat, definitely out of their control and problems with wi for some reason. Otherwise a very pleasant, peaceful couple of days. The horses were beautiful to watch.

quiet, isolated, comfortable

Just 10 minutes from Mt St. Michael this comfy cottage offers a wonderful get away. Adequate amenities for families with younger children, clean, comfortable, nice open dining and living room to socialize. Friendly and helpful owner. Highly recommended.
