No a/c and too much furniture

There is no a/c. We double checked the listing and it says a/c - but that is not accurate. It cools down overnight with the lower temps, but quickly heats up during the warmer days and you have to keep the shutters closed to keep it cool. Furniture - oh my. Way too large and clunky and shrinks the space. And the white couch (just get rid of it) that is so old it sheds the fake leather. This “couch dandruff” as we called it will follow you everywhere you go. It gets on your clothes and in your suitcase. Ugh. Beware of the rugs - very slippery because no slip pad underneath. We folded the rugs back to avoid slipping. Nowhere to place your clothes other than a rack in one bedroom. Beds comfortable. View and location awesome. Coffee machine needs updated. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Easy access.

Centre ville sans isolation des bruits extérieurs (fenêtres à rénover) et intérieur (bruits venant des résidents de l’étage au niveau des sols). Impossible d’aérer sans souffrir du bruit et pas de climatisation ennuyeux en été. Très bel appartement tout de même.

Nous avons passé de très agréables moments en famille dans un appartement magnifiquement décoré. L'emplacement est idéal, tout est accessible à pied. La piscine chauffée est très appréciable en fin de journée. Un sejour parfait !

Beautiful, stylish apartment

Light-filled apartment with great views. Quiet and comfortable in a super location. Some fine-tuning around details such as the angle of shower heads, and better clothes storage, would improve it still further. Chlorine level in pool a bit overwhelming. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent but...

The flat is just as it appears in the photos. It is stylish and interesting with some unusual art work and really excellent light fittings. The sitting room has 2 lovely huge sofas and the room between the sitting room and the kitchen has two more together with a formal sofa in the kitchen diner and another one in the master bedroom! Some storage, especially for clothes would have been appreciated over the surfeit of sofas! Apart from a small hanging rail in each bedroom there is no where to unpack and no space for suitcases to be kept in the bedrooms so that you can easily access your clothes. The beds are very firm and the 'double' is just two singles almost pushed together...beware the gap as they tend to move on their own over the wooden floor. The shower rooms are light and airy although in each, the bracket for the shower head is placed way too high and is not adjustable so any real water pressure fires the water out of the enclosure and over the shower room floor! There is however plenty of hot water. The kitchen island is well equipped and the microwave/combi-oven worked well and were very easy to use. There is plenty of crockery etc. The swimming pool whilst very small ( approximately 6 strokes from one end to the other) was lovely and warm and very well maintained. The flat is on the second floor of a very well maintained building and there is no lift. It overlooks the main street of Luchon and has lovely big windows and a balcony.The bedrooms are at the back away from this road so busy traffic is not a problem. In conclusion, overall this is an excellent flat which would benefit from one or two small improvements especially as far as clothes storage is concerned.

Superbe villa très bien située avec un logement à la fois fonctionnel et décoré avec goût

Merci au propriétaire pour sa réactivité et à madame Magne pour sa gentillesse et également sa disponibilité. Appartement très agréable et très très bien équipé. La piscine à l'entresol, un petit paradis pour les enfants (et pour les parents bien sûr ). C'est un lieu que je recommande vivement ( mais pas trop, car j'espère avoir de la place pour y retourner à mon aise ((-; ). Blague à part, ce logement fait parti des petits bijoux qu'on a plaisir à découvrir au milieu de l'écrin de nature qu'est le Luchonais au milieu des Pyrénées. Merci encore.

Très bonne adresse à conserver !

Bel appartement. La rénovation et la décoration sont de très bon goût. On s'y sent bien, les volumes sont très appréciables. La piscine est un réel plus et la situation géographique est parfaite ! Accueil agréable, la personne est très conciliante et se met à notre disposition.

Magnifique appartement idéalement placé

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cet appartement , superbe et magnifiquement décoré, permettant de se sentir bien chez soi immédiatement. La maison Eugénie est un très bel immeuble de caractère réservant une belle surprise au RDC, à savoir une piscine chauffée qui permet de se détendre dès le retour des pistes. L'emplacement est idéal: situé en plein centre de Luchon au pied des commerces, à 100m des télécabines. Le propriétaire est arrangeant et réactif aux demandes , ce qui facilite le séjour! Merci aussi à Mme Magne pour son accueil chaleureux. A recommander sans hésiter pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis réussi!

Très bel appartement parfaitement bien situé au centre de Luchon. Tout confort et décoré avec goût.

Nous avons fortement apprécié la piscine intérieure chauffée accessible à toute heure et le cachet de la maison Eugénie. Seul petit reproche : le manque de rangement pour les vêtements dans les chambres.

un ecrin au coeur de Luchon

Rien à dire.... ou plutôt trop à dire tant les prestations de cet appartement sont excellentes. Confort, luxe, le moindre détail est soigné.... rien ne manque. Je recommande cette location sans aucune restriction.
