Second home. Located on the 2nd floor of a small building with elevator. the apartment is located in a very quiet wooded area, close to the city center and the thermal baths. The accommodation consists of a living room-kitchen with a convertible sofa (140). 2 bedrooms: (1x160), (2x80), balcony with electric barbecue, 1 bathroom, separate WC. Television, Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher, everything you need for cooking and dining, 1 fridge-freezer compartment, 1 washing machine, free parking in the residence.

Appartement très bien équipé et meublé, à cinq minutes à pied de la rue principale, au calme. Cuisine et salle de bain très pratiques, communication aisée avec les propriétaires et accueil parfait.

Super apartment in great location.

We booked this apartment to stay in during a ski holiday in Luchon. The location couldn't be more perfect, with just a 10 minute walk to the telecabine (cable car up the mountain) or you can take a 'petit train' from outside straight to the cable car. There is ample parking outside the apartment. The apartment itself was very clean with a lovely bathroom. When we were there, there were some staple kitchen products in the cupboards, presumably left over by previous guests. I don't expect this could be guaranteed every time, but it helped not to have to buy salt, pepper, coffee etc. when you'd only use a small amount. We reciprocated by leaving the dry goods which we didn't use. We can thoroughly recommend this apartment for a stay in Luchon at any time of year.
