We welcome you to Longeville les Metz in a completely independent apartment on the 1st floor of our house. Quiet, but 2 mins: restaurant, post office, pharmacy, etc.
Less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Metz.
The spacious and bright apartment F4 of 70 m2 is composed of a living room with a dining area, a living room with a sofa and a flat screen TV, wifi available.
An American kitchen, fully equipped, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, Senseo coffee maker + classic coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine.
1 bedroom with a 140 bed
1 second bedroom with 2 single beds
1 baby cot and 1 high chair can be made available for babies.
1 bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, hair dryer
1 separate wc
Sheets and towels are provided
The apartment is non-smoking (balcony for this purpose). Animals are not allowed
Parking is easy and free in front of the house.
The cleaning must be done before departure.
A cleaning option for 35 euros can be added. In July and August reservations are made only for the week from Saturday to Saturday.

The apartment is clean and comfortable, it is one flight of steps at the rear of the house. The kitchen has everything you need. the host is very nice we communicated through a translation app, when a point had to be made. You can reach Metz center by bus or we usually parked at the Cathedral parking garage. There are quite a few supermarkets in the area. We like Leclerc the best. Since it was winter we didn't use the balcony.

Ganze Wohnung ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Es fehlte an nichts.Geschirr, Besteck, Küchnengeräte alles in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Alle Gesräte funktionierten.Der Empfang und Einweisung von Frau Caromel war sehr freundlich und ausführlich. Es gibt reichaltiges Informationsmaterial (Stadtpläne, Broschüren und Tipps für Ausflüge).Die Lage ist super: Balkon, Blick auf einen großen, hübschen Garten, 500 m zum Bäcker undBushaltestelle (nur 10 Min zur Innenstadt/ Bahnhof 15 Min.) und sehr ruhig gelegen, Man kann direkt von der Wohnung sehr viele Spaziergänge machen und ist sofort im Wald oder auf in den Moselauen. Wir haben unser Auto (eigener Stellplatz auf dem Gelände) nur zweimal benutzt.Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt und können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen.Vielen Dank an Frau Caromel für die angenehme, erholsame Zeit in Metz.G&F Ullrich

Toller Herbstaufenthalt

Sehr saubere, schön geschnittene Ferienwohnung in einem schönen Haus, an sehr ruhiger Straße gelegen. Ein Bäcker und ein Kiosk sind in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht, der Supermarkt etwa 2 km. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell in der Stadt Metz, alternativ direkt zu Fuß hinauf auf den bewaldeten Berg, wo Teile eines riesigen Forts erhalten sind. Die Mosel mit Fuß- und Radweg ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. So kann man Natur und Geschichte, sowie die nahe Großstadt Metz wechselweise genießen. Ein eigener Kfz-Stellplatz ist auch vorhanden, und die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett. Ein paar Brocken Französisch sollte man aber für das Notwendigste mitbringen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und bedanken uns herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt!
