The setting: the Estérel massif with its red and ocher rocks, the turquoise sea of ​​the Mediterranean. The village of Cap Estérel: a holiday domain (Pierre & Vacances residence) in a dream setting of 210 hectares of protected nature, Mediterranean gardens (palm trees, bougainvillea, mimosas, olive trees, etc.) and a 9-hole golf course in the one of the most beautiful sites in Provence.
This holiday village with Mediterranean accents with its restaurants and shops is reserved for pedestrians. It is a few steps from the beach and offers a multitude of activities and courses for the whole family (some with participation): evening entertainment, aquatic areas, marine care center and SPA, golf (9 and 18 holes), horse riding, diving, water games, paintball, mountain biking, hiking, quad biking, archery, courses for children and teenagers (circus, aerobatics, etc.), children's and teenagers' club.
The village has 5 swimming pools: supervised and heated swimming pool, wave machine, water jet, pool with slide, infinity pool. Access to the beaches on foot (8 to 10 minutes) or by small train. Close to the many activities offered by the Côte d'Azur. The apartment is located Rue des Calanques, in the heart of the village, near the swimming pools (2 mins walk) and shops (including bakery, caterers and supermarket 1 min walk). 1 cabin area with window and two single bunk beds with storage; Hall with cupboards, bathroom with bath, WC, heated towel rail and hair dryer; Kitchenette with dishwasher, oven (microwave/grill), fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker (1 Senseo and 1 traditional), toaster, kettle; Living room with 1 sofa bed for 2 people (very good bedding - new 2022), dining table, 4 chairs (including 1 folding), 1 stool, coffee table, flat screen TV and DVD player; Terrace with tables, chairs, 1 armchair , 1 deckchair and drying rack; Umbrella bed, nomadic chair for children from 6 to 36 months or 15 kg (hangs on a chair).
Sheets, duvet covers and towels not provided (possibility to rent).

Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon!!Wunderschöne Gegend, vielfältige Möglichkeiten zu wandern, velofahren, schwimmen. Im Feriendorf ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht Läden, Restaurants. Schöne Poolanlage, wenn man mal keine Lust hat, runter ans Meer zu laufen.Strand ist ruhig und familiär.Minuspunkte sind: Knarrendes und sehr kleines Kajüttenbett und fehlendes wifi.

Erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Lage

Sehr schönes Appartement mit Blick auf das Meer!Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Buchung verlief reibungslos, alle Fragen wurden innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet. Der Check-In verlief ebenfalls ohne Probleme durch den Hausmeister/Concierge.Die Anlage selbst liegt traumhaft über dem Meer am Cap Esterel. Sehr ruhig gelegen ohne Autoverkehr/Lärm. Außerdem liegt die Ferienanlage sehr günstig, um Ausflüge ans Meer zu machen oder größere Städte wie Cannes, Nizza, Monaco oder Menton zu besuchen.In der Anlage findet man neben Boutiquen auch etliche Restaurants, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Eisdielen etc.Da wir im Januar verreist sind hatten allerdings nicht alle Geschäfte offen, was aber kein Problem war.Der Parkplatz ist umsonst (Parkkarte wurde gestellt) und man kann das Apartment bequem zu Fuß und mit dem Aufzug erreichen (Zugang über das Parkhaus).Alles in Allem ein sehr erholsamer und traumhaft schöner Urlaub im Januar bei knapp 20 Grad.

Appartement au top, bien équipé et bien placé. Le seul problème cette année c'est les piscines qui était froides. Quand ont connais les charges que paient les propriétaires. Franchement c'est abusé.

Wunderbar-très belle

Wir haben wirklich schöne Tage am Cap Esterel verbracht. Die Lage ist traumhaft! Der Check- In war unkompliziert. Wir wurden 2 Tage vorher gefragt, wann wir kommen werden und alles hat geklappt. Auch bei der Abreise. Das Apartment ist sauber und bietet viel Stauraum auf kleinem Raum. Es ist alles da. Handtücher und Bettwäsche kann man ggf. mieten. Die Schwimmbäder sind sauber, wenn etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Wellenbad war bei uns defekt. Der Strand ist klein und mit Seegras bewachen,aber sauber. Abends war immer was los und die Preise erstaunlicherweise gar nicht so überzogen, wie wir dachten. Wir würden es weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank und Grüße an Olivier! Nous avons passé de très belles journées à Cap Esterel. L'emplacement est incroyable ! L'enregistrement a été simple. On nous a demandé 2 jours avant quand nous viendrions et tout s'est bien passé. Aussi au départ. L'appartement est propre et offre beaucoup d'espace de rangement dans un petit espace. Tout est là. Les serviettes et les draps peuvent être loués si nécessaire. Les piscines sont propres bien qu'un peu vieilles. La piscine à vagues était cassée avec nous. La plage est petite et gardée avec des algues, mais propre. Il se passait toujours quelque chose le soir et, étonnamment, les prix n'étaient pas aussi exorbitants que nous le pensions. Nous le recommanderions. Merci et félicitations à Olivier !

Bonnes vacances dans l’ensemble

Très beau site, le studio bien placé avec vue mer et piscine, literie neuve, bien équipé avec les commerces à proximité et bons restos, dont la luna à recommander Absence de climatisation heureusement que nous avons amené un ventilateur car la fenêtre a l’opposé de la terrasse n’est pas sécurisé donc l’ouvrir que en votre présence. La vmc de la salle de bain ne fonctionne que porte ouverte car pas de passage sous la porte, il faut 1cm. Les relax piscine sont payants 12€ la journée 8€ l’après midi.

Die Lage im Dorf ist ein Traum und die Wohnung selbst hat einen unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer. Es gibt viele Angebote für unterschiedliche Aktivitäten, so wird der Aufenthalt nie langweilig. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und zum Schnorcheln ein Traum. Kommen gerne wieder

Top Wohnung (für zwei Personen). Ausblick ist gigantisch. Super Lage im Dorf Cap Esterel

Wir waren mitte September für zwei Wochen im Cap Esterel. Wir waren begeistert, da es wie ein kleines Dorf aufgebaut ist. Alles vorhanden, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Wäscherei (5€ pro Wachgang), Restaurants (für Frankreich auch echt angemessene Preise), Pools (1-2 Gehminuten von der Wohnung) und vieles mehr. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet (alle Küchenutensilien vorhanden, Geschirr, Weingläser,...). Check in/Check out bei der Immobilienfirma hat auch super geklappt (sprechen zum Teil auch Englisch). Zum Meer braucht man ca 8-10 min zu Fuß, wir sind aber mit dem Auto nach Agay, da dort der Strand größer ist. Was auch super war, dass Mitte/Ende September nicht mehr so viel los war, man hat immer Liegen am Pool bekommen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen dank für diesen tollen Urlaub :-)!

Belle situation dans le village

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cet appartement très bien situé dans le village. Proche des piscines mais également du chemin pour se rendre à la plage à pieds. Appartement confortable et très bien entretenu. Les + : lecteur DVD et jeux pour enfants
